RESOLUTION 1049
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF NORTH BEND, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING A REAL PROPERTY LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF NORTH BEND AND THE SNOQUALMIE VALLEY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FOR THE SITE OF THE SNOQUALMIE VALLEY CHAMBER VISITOR INFORMATION CENTER
WHEREAS, the Snoqualmie Valley Chamber of Commerce has the need to have a centrally located Visitor Information Center’s building for the benefit of the local community; WHEREAS, the Snoqualmie Valley Chamber of Commerce owns a portable facility for use as the Visitor Information Center; and WHEREAS, the City of North Bend owns real property at the intersection of Bendigo and Park Streets; and WHEREAS, the City of North Bend finds it in its best interest to contract with the Snoqualmie Valley Chamber of Commerce to support Visitor Information Center services to the public, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH BEND, WASHINGTON, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Mayor is authorized to enter into a Lease Agreement for leasing real property to the Snoqualmie Valley Chamber of Commerce as the site of the Visitor Information Center.
