RESOLUTION 944
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF NORTH BEND,
WASHINGTON AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR
GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES TO NB3 BUSINESS
CONSULTANTS FOR ASSISTANCE WITH THE
HERITAGE CORRIDOR SIGNAGE PROGRAM
Whereas, a key objective of the City of North Bend Heritage Corridor Gateway Master
Plan is to attract additional visitors to the traditional downtown business district; and
Whereas, informational signage about the North Bend historic district and other
associated points of interest is a component of the City of North Bend Heritage Corridor
Gateway Master Plan; and
Whereas, the City of North Bend wishes to locate historical signage and a stylized map
depicting historical points of interest in the arcade breezeway of the Mountain Valley
Center located in the freeway interchange area; and
Whereas, the City of North Bend also wishes to provide tourists with a brochure flyer of
the stylized map depicting the North Bend historic points of interest and the city parks;
and
Whereas, the City of North Bend is in need of professional graphic design services to
assist with the development of attractive informational signage, the stylized map and a
brochure flyer of the North Bend historic points of interest and city parks,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH BEND,
WASHINGTON, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The contracting for graphic design services for assistance with the
development of historical signage layout, the stylized map and a brochure flyer for
tourists and the public is awarded to NB3 Business Consultants.

WASHINGTON, AT A REGULAR MEETING THEREOF, THIS 16TH DAY OF
JUNE, 2003.
