How do I request accounts?
All New User and Folder account requests—with the exception of Entrust PKI—must be routed
through the Check In Check Out (CICO) system. If you need assistance entering your request in
the CICO application, contact your IT POC.


What do I do if I forget my password?
Account Administration does not keep a record of your password. To have your password reset,
contact the IT Help Desk at 358-HELP.


How do I request an Entrust PKI account?
To obtain an Entrust PKI account, use the following online instructions to request a certificate:
http://server-mpo.arc.nasa.gov/services/stidaa//User/NAMSGuideB.html. If you need assistance
entering your request in NAMS, contact your IT POC.


What do I do if I forget my Entrust PKI password?
Account Administration does not keep a record of your password. If you forget your Entrust PKI
password or if your Entrust PKI profile has been damaged or corrupted, you must submit a NAMS
request to have your password reset. Contact the IT Help Desk at 358-HELP for additional
information.

How do I reset my SecurID token PIN?
In order to have your SecurID token PIN reset, first contact the IT Help Desk at 358-HELP.
Once your token has been placed in “New PIN” mode, you must visit the Web page located at
https://agencytokens.nasa.gov. Then follow the directions that were provided to you to create a
new PIN.


How do I access Secure Nomadic Access (SNA)?
You may login to Secure Nomadic Access (SNA) directly by typing the following URL in your
browser: https://sna.hq.nasa.gov. Or visit the SNA Web page to get access to the SNA user guide
and FAQ’s. To login to SNA, you must use your Agency User ID or AUID (e.g., jdoe) and your
SecurID PIN (4 to 8 digits) + the 6-digit number appearing on your SecurID token.
