                                                                                                                  agency strategic planning cycles). By contrast, segment architecture blueprints are designed to address the upcoming budget planning cycle and therefore have a two to five year
                                                                                                                  planning horizon. In a Federal executive agency, the FEA reference models (PRM, BRM, SRM, DRM, and TRM) are typically used as a "common language" to articulate target
