                 Created a quoting system which is very unique to the metals industry. The application is
                 written in C# and takes advantage of smart client technology with a MySQL back-end
                 integrating with Intuit QuickBooks.

                 All Star Incentive Marketing                                          Sturbridge, MA
                 Providing ongoing expertise and development for a state-of-the-art eCommerce system
                 for the incentive industry. Application was written in C# and ASP.NET 2.0 utilizing
                 Microsoft SQL Server 2005. The system was designed and architected from the ground
up.


All Star Incentive Marketing                                              Sturbridge, MA
Systems Architect                                                      03/2004 to 09/2006

Play a key role as the lead architect and software engineer in a state-of-the-art incentive
program for this company. The system is written utilizing ASP.NET 2.0 and C# with web
forms, Windows services and web services integrating to Microsoft Great Plains. The
implementation uses a layered approach with a web user interface and many pieces of
business logic connecting to a data layer of optimized components communicating with
MS SQL Server 2005.

Responsible for all aspects of systems architecture from web server and database
configuration to work flow, system optimization and run-time analysis. Created high-
availability services with full transaction-based support.

Also included is the lead on the entire database design done in conjunction with outside
consultants.

An older version of the platform is based on Microsoft Commerce Server 2000 and is still
operational. This system is still maintained using ASP, VB and XML/XSLT.


Mystic Logistics, Inc.                                                   Glastonbury, CT
Senior Software Engineer                                                03/2003 to 3/2004

Responsible for architecture, development and implementation of transportation logistics
and warehousing software. The entire application life cycle methods are used.
Applications range from load management to order entry and tracking. Clients include
Publisher’s Clearing House to Capital One.

Applications are written using n-tier architecture using ASP, VB 6.0 COM components
and extensive use of Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Stored Procedures and Transactional
SQL. Porting of applications to ASP.NET and VB.NET has begun and a full conversion
for the application template environment to begin first quarter 2004. Server platforms
include Windows 2000 and Windows 2003.

Perform DTS package creation for automated creation of orders, includes standard
formats of comma delimited and XML formats.

Provided reports to management and end users with Active Reports.


Oakleaf Waste Management, Inc. (Robert Half Technologies, Inc.)     Hartford, CT
Contract Senior Software Engineer                              12/2002 to 03/2003

Responsible for implementation of customer service web site for client order entry and
management. Worked with several developers in expansion of web site for real time
order tracking and service maintenance.

Applications are written using n-tier architecture using ASP, VB 6.0 COM components
and extensive use of Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Stored Procedures. Reporting system
was based on Crystal Reports.
United Natural Foods, Inc. (NASDAQ: UNFI)                                    Dayville, CT
Technical Lead                                                         01/2000 to 07/2002

eBusiness Technical Lead for B2B initiative. Participated in the lifecycle of each release
from requirement analysis, design specifications through construction and testing. Using
Windows n-Tier architecture this project is build on a foundation of IIS 5.0, COM+, SQL
Server 2000/7.0 and XML using Visual Basic 6.0, ASP, JavaScript, Visual C++ 6.0, and
Visual Interdev 6.0. Addressed system integration with Compaq Alpha running VMS
utilizing XFServer from Synergex.

Work with new developers to come up to speed on Microsoft n-Tier architecture and
related technologies. Also, started testing Microsoft .NET architecture by porting some
applications to ASP.NET and components to C#. This was simply for proof of concept
purposes of the new environment with the goal of moving all development and
applications to the Microsoft .NET Framework.

Evaluated emerging technologies for better interaction with customers. Including SOAP,
XML for EDI Transactions and Web Services for information sharing (product info.,
account info., order entry, etc)

Senior Software Developer/Founder                                      12/1989 to 12/1999

Senior software developer, defined the strategic product direction for the company. The
system consisted of an eCommerce system running on Windows NT 4.0, IIS 4.0, and
SQL Server 7.0 within an n-tier architecture built with Visual C++ 6.0 using ATL, Visual
Basic 6.0 and Active Server Pages. The solution consisted of a backend system for
users to access from various products we developed; utilizing component technology we
created in order to unlock their software for use. The system is a sophisticated copy
protection and usage tracking system that is the basis for the system implemented by
Celexis.com.

Headed the development team and managed all development projects.

As a senior consultant and founder of Triton Development, worked with clients of various
sizes to embrace client/server technology and use that technology to become more
efficient. During the 10-year span the main focus was IT Services with Windows NT built
around applications we developed of various complexities.

We used VB 3.0-6.0, VC++, MS SQL Server, Access with many of the applications we
wrote over the years. Development was done on Windows 9x and NT systems.

During the tenure at Triton Development, was project manager and team manager for
many projects. Some of our clients included:
