DWK TAX GROUP IRS OFFER IN COMPROMISE FLAT FEE: $1950.00

AFFORDABLE PAYMENT PLANS. SENIOR DISCOUNTS. AARP DISCOUNTS.

An IRS Offer in Compromise ( also known as an OIC ) is an excellent way to settle your IRS Tax Debt
with the IRS for much LESS money than what you currently owe. This Settlement of IRS Taxes has been
commonly known as "pennies on the dollar".

An IRS Offer in Compromise ( IRS Tax Settlement ) should be considered by all taxpayers who cannot
pay the IRS in a lump sum. It is for those who do not have enough assets to sell or liquidate to satisfy their
back Tax Debt. It is for those who will not have the future earnings to satisfy the amount of Tax due (IRS
       Penalties and Interest included).

At least one of three conditions must be met to qualify a taxpayer for consideration of an IRS Offer in
       Compromise (OIC) Tax Settlement:

Doubt as to Liability — Debtor can show reason for doubt that the assessed tax liability is correct.

Doubt as to Collectibility — Debtor can show that the tax debt is likely uncollectable in full by the IRS
       under any circumstances.

Effective Tax Administration — Debtor does not contest liability or collectibility but can demonstrate
extenuating or special circumstances that the collection of the debt would "create an economic hardship or
would be unfair and inequitable." This IRS Offer in Compromise (OIC) program is available for any
taxpayer, but is primarily used by individuals that are elderly (Social Security), disabled (SSDI), or have
       special extenuating circumstances.

An IRS Offer in Compromise (OIC) will have no effect upon a IRS Tax Lien. The IRS Tax Lien will
remain in effect until the IRS Offer in Compromise is accepted by the IRS and the full amount of the Offer
in Compromise (OIC) has been paid in full.

An Offer in Compromise will stop IRS Wage Garnishments / IRS Wage Levy / IRS Bank Levies under
section 301.7122(g)(1) of the US Federal Tax Regulations. That regulation states that the IRS will not Levy
upon a taxpayer's wages/property while a valid Offer in Compromise is pending and, if rejected, for thirty
days after the Offer in Compromise rejection. If the taxpayer appeals the rejection, the IRS cannot Levy
while the appeals process is ongoing.
Under federal tax regulations, “he IRS will not levy against the property or rights to property of a taxpayer
who submits an IRS Offer in Compromise, to collect the liability that is the subject of the IRS Offer in
Compromise (OIC), during the period the offer is pending, for 30 days immediately following the rejection

of the IRS Offer in Compromise, and for any period when a timely filed appeal from the rejection is being
considered by Appeals.”

Once the IRS decides that an IRS Offer in Compromise (OIC) is processable and that the IRS Offer in
Compromise includes all the paperwork and forms properly filled out, the IRS must stop IRS Wage
Garnishment / IRS Wage Levy / IRS Bank Levy actions under §6331.

If the IRS Offer in Compromise is missing documents or forms, however, the IRS can (and they will )
return the paperwork to the debtor as un-processable, and the IRS can (and the will) then proceed with an
IRS Wage Garnishment or IRS Levy of your wages/property.

All the more reason to have highly skilled Tax Attorneys represent you.

If you do an IRS Offer in Compromise yourself, you have more than an 90% chance of failure. The IRS
will not tell you why your paperwork was rejected. They will reinstitute collection action against you as
quickly as they can (usually 30 days). Penalties and Interest will continue to add to your Tax Debt. When
you filed the "rejected paperwork", you just gave the IRS a roadmap to seizing your assets.

DO YOU WANT REALLY GREAT NEWS?

In the last published IRS statistics, the IRS reports that the average discount on an accepted Offer in
Compromise was 88% (only 12 cents on the dollar was paid by Americans with an accepted Offer in
Compromise (OIC), and that the average acceptance rate was 47.6%. Given the savings possibilities on
accepted IRS Offer in Compromise (OIC), the determined and diligent team of Tax Attorneys at DWK
TAX GROUP specializes in the Offer in Compromise program and works very hard to see if our clients
qualify for an IRS Offer in Compromise (OIC).

The IRS will accept an Offer-in-Compromise to settle unpaid accounts for less than the amount owed when
there is doubt that the liability can be collected in full and the amount you offer reasonably reflects
collection potential. We file a six to ten page legal memorandum in all Offer in Compromise (OIC) cases
that we file with the IRS. The legal memorandum cites section 7122 of the IRS Code that authorizes the
IRS to reduce any back tax liability. In addition, the memorandum cites the regulations under the statute,
the relevant portions of the Internal Revenue Manual, and the Congressional tax policy in IRS Offer in
Compromise (OIC) cases. It is important to emphasize, for example, the fact that the Congress told the IRS
to have a liberal acceptance policy in processing IRS Offer in Compromise cases. Our legal memorandum
also cites the Congressional tax policy to settle your IRS Tax liability to give taxpayers a fresh start.
