Group web site strategy, planning and implementation for the £250 million turnover
company. Producing content and functional specification documents, determined the e-
business strategy, information architecture, email marketing, search engine placement,
SEO, video streaming encoding and hosting strategy for the Group and local offices.
Coordinating design and build, including secure multi-currency e-commerce credit card
acceptance. Bespoke database driven CMS, with CRM covering all 12 business divisions in
