        <p>The partnership agreement is a written agreement or statement
between two or among the people willing to start a business or have a
common aim to attain a specific goal by combine effort and will act as
partner to each other. Most of the cases, this agreement is done for
various profitable business. Generally three main fields are taken under
consideration during preparing this agreement. First is the nature of
business or goal that is to be achieved. Second thing is portion of the
financial requirement fulfilled by each of the partners. Last one is
the role or responsibility of each and every partner of responsible
partnership. These three points have to take under strong consideration
to make this agreement strong and effective which will have a strong role
in reaching the desired or targeted goal. A well defined agreement is
crucial need for effective running of a joint work or partnership.
However, the advantages and disadvantages of partnership agreement are
given below:</p>
<p><strong>Advantages:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Business starting becomes easier due to having a proper partnership
agreement.</li>
<li>The distribution of work will be definite.</li>
<li>The role of each partner complete accurately.</li>
<li>A mixture of various and strong experience is possible for this
agreement.</li>
<li>The losses are generally deducted with proper justification.</li>
<li>More capital reach is possible for having an agreement.</li>
<li>There is no chance of misunderstanding about the responsibility.
</li>
<li>Any type of disagreement can be solved easily.</li>
<li>There is no complicity in distribution of profits.</li>
<li>A partnership agreement allows some people to make a common
understanding among them.</li>
<li>The liquidation process will also be easier.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Disadvantages: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Profit sharing may be a problem due to have such agreement especially
for the partner having large share.</li>
<li>As the work or responsibilities are distributed among the partners,
one partner has to depend on the other to start any chronological
work.</li>
<li>The whole process may be stopped due to absence of a single partner.
</li>
<li>A common understanding is needed for sharing the profit as well as
the loss, if any.</li>
</ul>
<p>However, for running a partnership business, a partnership agreement
is needed though have some disadvantages which are avoidable.</p>
