					Dear Student,

Please follow the steps below to make a payment towards your study abroad program.



Student View

Step 1: Log-in to GoSOLAR and Select “Student Accounts” tab

        Main    Registration      Student Records        Student Accounts        Financial Aid      Personal Information

        Incept and Math & Chemistry Placement Testing Menu
        View available dates and register for Math and Chemistry Placement Tests and Incept: New Student Orientation
        Registration Menu
        Check your registration status; Add, drop, or withdraw classes; Change variable credits; Display your class schedule.
        Student Records Menu
        View your holds; Review your transfer credit; View your transcript; View your academic evaluation.
        Student Accounts Menu
        Review charges and payments; View Guaranteed Tuition Plan; Pay tuition and fees; View fee payment deadlines; View refund status;View
        Invoice; Enroll/Change Direct Deposit.
        Financial Aid
        Apply for Financial Aid; Review the status of your financial aid applications; Check status of document requirements; Review loans.
        Personal Information Menu
        Update your adresses and phone numbers; Update your emergency contacts.
        Enter Student Evaluation of Instructor


Step 2: Select “Pay Tuition & Fees” option

        View Statement of Account by Term
        View Guaranteed Tuition Plan
        View Student Account History
 Pay Tuition & Fees
 View Refund Status
 Enroll/Change Direct Deposit

 Step 3: If you are making a payment for a future semester that is not yet available, select the current
term in the dropdown menu. For example, if you are making a payment in January for the Summer
semester, select “Spring” term.

If you are making a payment for a future semester that is available in the dropdown menu, please simply
select that term. For example, if you are making a payment in April for the Fall semester and the “Fall
semester” option is available in the drop down menu, select the “Fall” term.




Step 4: Select Payment Method

 Main    Registration   Student Records   Student Accounts   Financial Aid   Personal Information

 Pay by Check (Free)
 Pay by Credit Card (2.75% Convenience Fee)
