1. Smoking Free
Believe it or not, smoking accelerates skin aging by encouraging the destruction of
collagen. If your skin loses collagen, it will look dull and dry and have lots of wrinkle

for your lungs, but also your skin. Why would you risk your life with smoking anyway?

2. Sun Protection

wrinkles in the leathery textured skin. Not only that, it will also cause premature age
spots. In this case, if you want to get a tan, fake tan is actually safer for you. You better
find tanning cream or other methods which are not involving UV.
As sun protection for your daily activities, never leave home without sunscreen. You can
also opt for moisturizers combined with a broad spectrum sunscreen. As re-application
might be needed, you better carry a small size one in your purse.
