  The award-winning Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club offers unique and sophisticated surroundings for all special
  occasions, assuring an unforgettable experience for you and your guests. With over 700 acres of contiguous aquamarine
  freshwater lakes, three miles of private, white sandy beach, and “signature” championship golf, all within one luxurious
  setting, Miromar Lakes can accommodate the most elegant of affairs or provide relaxed comfort for casual events in
  world-class resort surroundings.


  As the centerpiece of the community is the 39,206 square foot, award-winning Beach Club. Located directly on the
  water’s edge, the Beach Clubhouse main dining room offers gourmet dining with seating for 200 guests inside and
  beachside terrace dining for 80 guests. Just off the main dining room, a charming courtyard with a fountain has seating
  for 60 people. All the dining locations combined can accommodate up to 340 guests. A private beachside dining room
  provides intimate seating around a fireplace, and French doors open up to the beach and Lake Como. An indoor/outdoor
  bar lounge overlooking the beach and Lake Como presents the perfect spot for cocktails. The Beach Club also includes
  the Blue Water Beach Grill featuring an open-air pavilion setting with panoramic lake and beach views. Nestled
  between the Beach Clubhouse and the Blue Water Beach Grill is a 10,000 square foot, zero-edge infinity pool with an
  expansive sundeck.


  For an unsurpassed experience on your wedding day, we invite you to indulge yourself at our European-style Spa and
  full-service beauty salon. A comprehensive menu of facial and body treatments are available along with make-up and
  hair styling services, delivered by our professional and attentive staff.

General Information

Event Guidelines
Menu Selection & Guarantee
Menu selections should be submitted to the Club Manager at your earliest convenience, but at
least 30 days in advance of the Event. Your food service charges will be based on the number of
guests you guaranteed for the Event which must be provided no less than 90 days prior to the
Event. You may reduce the guaranteed number of guests by 15% no later than 30 days before
the Event. Outside food may not be brought in for an Event without prior consent of the
Club Manager.

Pricing, Gratuity & Sales Tax
A 22% service charge and 6% Florida sales tax will be added to all food and beverage
purchases. A 6% Florida sales tax will be added to any other fees. A breakdown of all fees and
costs will be set forth in the Banquet and Catering Agreement.

Alcoholic Beverages
The sale and service of all alcoholic beverages is regulated by the state of Florida. No alcoholic
beverages may be brought to an Event or onto the Club property. The Club will monitor
alcoholic consumption and the Club reserves the right to deny service of alcoholic beverages
to any guest for any reason.

Personal Property
The host will be liable for any damages caused by guests or outside vendors. Miromar Lakes
does not assume any liability for the loss of any merchandise or articles left on the premises at
any time.


Dress Code
All guests are required to adhere to the Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club dress code.
Men: Collared shirts, slacks and Bermuda length shorts are permitted.
Women: Dresses, skirts, or slacks and Bermuda length shorts are permitted.

Contract & Billing
The Banquet and Catering Agreement will be sent to you prior to the Event outlining
the details and charges for the various services and fees. To reserve the location, the
Agreement must be signed and returned to the Club Manager with the
appropriate deposit. Any changes to the agreed upon arrangements must
be made through the Club Manager. A sample Agreement is attached for
your review.

Cancellations
If you cancel the Event for any reason, the deposit will be refunded 100% if canceled more
than 60 days prior to the Event, 50% if canceled between 31-60 days, and 0% if canceled
less than 30 days.

Our catering manager will be happy to provide further information about
these spaces and the fees associated with renting them.


Beach Clubhouse
Located directly on the water’s edge, this Italian influenced venue combines beautifully
landscaped interior courtyards with exquisite lake and beach views. The main dining room
offers indoor/outdoor dining. It can accommodate up to 200 guests for a seated Event and up
to 350 guests for a stand-up reception. The actual number of guests that can be served will
depend upon the type of Event and Event requirements.

Blue Water Beach Grill
The Blue Water Beach Grill has an open-air setting with panoramic beach and Lake Como
views. It can accommodate up to 60 guests for a seated function in the dining area and up
to 200 guests for a seated function including pool side. The breathtaking views and décor
provide a tropical resort ambiance.
