serves to assist you in making advance arrangements for your participation
in the Exhibition. Please read this Manual carefully and observe the
general rules and regulations, exhibition schedule and the deadline for
various orders specified in this Manual.

Detailed information on freight forwarding, booth construction are also
contained in this Manual under separate cover. For their respective orders
and enquiries, please kindly contact the contractors directly.

b.   Official Contractors
     The following companies have been selected to provide you with various related services that
     may be needed. Except with certain restrictions, exhibitors are free to decide on using their
     services or not. Any arrangement between the contractors and the exhibitors are strictly between
     themselves, and the Organizer(s) shall not be held liable for any such arrangement.

i.   OFFICIAL FREIGHT FORWARDER - separate cover
     Matters concerning freight forwarding should be addressed to the respective agents in the
     shipping guideline or the Official Freight Forwarder:

     Exhibitors can arrange to choose their own freight forwarder or the official freight forwarder for
     transportation of exhibit up to Hanoi. However, on-site forwarding MUST be done by the
     Official Freight Forwarders as requested by Customs for easy control of import exhibits under
     the license for exhibition.

      If the exhibitors choose their own freight forwarder, the Organizer and the Official Freight
      Forwarder will not be responsible for any over time charge US$1 per square meter / per hour
      case of any delay due to whatever reason (such as custom permit and clearance). Anyhow,
      please still inform us the name, address, fax and contact person of the forwarder. Besides,
      detailed forwarding information should be submitted to the Official Freight Forwarder for their
      record.

ii.    OFFICIAL STAND FITTING CONTRACTORS - separate cover

       Matters concerning stand fitting, special design, fascia board, furniture, electrical, water
       connection and compressed air and other matters related to stand set up should be addressed to:

      Main switch power point and water installation work MUST be handled by Official Stand
      fitting Contractor, for safety purposes.



6.    BOOTH DESIGN - Rules & Regulations

a.     Special design and booth construction: the height limitation for standard or special designed
       construction is up to 6 meters in the central of the hall and 4.5 meters in the left and right of the
       exhibition hall.

       Double deck booths are not allowed in the hall as well as the foyer areas. Exhibitors are to
       ensure that contractors submit detailed plans of all special designs to Capital Exhibition
       Services JS.,Co for prior written approval a month before the expo opening. The Organizer(s)
       reserve(s) the right to request the exhibitors to alter their booth design if their booth structure
       causes obstruction to other exhibitors.

b.     All materials used in booth construction and decoration must be properly fire-proofed in
       accordance with local regulations.
c.     Screwing, drilling, nailing or painting on the floors, walls, pillars or any part of the
       Exhibition Halls will not be allowed. Exhibitors and their contractors will be liable for any
       damage to the Exhibition Halls.
d.     Suspensions from the ceiling of the Exhibition Halls are strictly prohibited.

e.     Exhibitors who take "raw space" adjacent to another booth must provide their own wall
       panel. They are not permitted to use the reverse of the neighbours' wall.

7.        FURNISHED CONSTRUCTED BOOTH (MAXIMA System)

       Every 9 sqm standard furnished constructed booth includes the following items:
     1. Three sets of wall panels using PIFEX system with 3 mm thick white polykem. Corner booths
        will have no partition wall at the end side but will have extra fascia board.
     2.Fascia board with blue background and white lettering in vinyl sticker cut out.
     3.One free catalog entry in the Expo Directory
     4.Supply and laying of 9 sqm used needle punch carpeting.
     5.Provision of:
       • 1 no of lockable cupboard
       • 1 no. round table or square table
       • 2 nos. of folding chair.
       • 1 nos. of 40W fluorescent tubes.
       • 2 nos. of 100 W spotlight
       • 1 no. of 13 Amp/220V single phase power socket.
       • 1 no of basket.
       • 2m run of (F-Flat) shelving
(Any additional furniture & electrical items, please place order with the Official Booth Contractor directly)



8.        RAW SPACE BOOTH

          Raw Space rental only includes space. No carpet, fascia name board, furniture or electrical items
          will be provided.


9.        INSURANCE, LIABILITY AND RISKS

a.         All exhibitors shall insure, indemnify and hold the Organizer(s), Sponsors and the Venue owner
           harmless in respect of all costs, claims of the exhibitor upon any person or things at the
           Exhibition Venue during the move-in, exhibitions and move-out periods.

b.         While using booths or other facilities rented from the Official Stand Fitting Contractor, the
           exhibitor should return them in good form and will be responsible for any damages incurred
           during the period of use.

c.         The Organizer(s) and Sponsor(s) will not be held responsible for any theft or loss of exhibits.
           Exhibitors are strongly advised to insure their exhibits or other valuable properties
           placed at the Exhibition Venue.

d.         Goods may be sold during the exhibition but under no circumstances can it be removed from the
           exhibition site unless all Customs duties/taxes have been paid.

e.         During the period while duties/tax are being assessed, sold exhibits will be moved to a bonded
           warehouse wherein exhibitors will be required to pay an in-transit movement charge.

f.         Giveaway and souvenir items are permitted items but are subjected to import duty. Exhibitors
           should submit the packing list with quantity and prices to Customs office via the Official Freight
           Forwarder before giving the souvenir away.

10. RULES AND REGULATIONS IN THE EXHIBITION HALLS
a.     Electricity Installation

i.     No Contractor, other than the Official Stand Fitting Contractor, is allowed to carry out any
       installation work concerning the supply of electrical and water at the exhibition site.

ii.    During the move-in and move-out period, temporary electricity supply can be arranged by
       applying to the Official Stand Fitting Contractor and a 24-hour advance notice is required.

iii.   Electricity will be shut off fifteen minutes after the closing of the exhibitions. However, a 24-hour
       power supply can be provided at cost by arrangement with the Official Stand Fitting Contractor.

iv.    No more than one extension cord shall be connected to any one socket.

b.     Use of Compressed Air and Industrial Gas
i.     Air compressors must be placed outside the exhibition halls.

ii.    The use of industrial gas of inflammable or toxic nature for demonstration purpose is strictly
       prohibited from the exhibition site.
iii.   Smoking is prohibited inside the Exhibition Halls.

c.     Demonstrations and Operating Exhibits

i.     Ensure that the exhibits are operated in strictly controlled and safe conditions.

ii.    Ensure that the exhibits are equipped with safety devices.

iii.   Adequately guard all moving parts of the machines against any injury to the visitors. Exhibitors
       are advised to bar the exhibits in motion from the reach of visitors.

iv.    Exhibitors are liable for the removal and disposal of waste materials generated by working
       demonstration of exhibits.

v.     Cause no annoyance to visitors or other Exhibitors. Acceptable noise level will be at the
       Organizer(s) discretion. In case of complaints raised which the Organizer(s) find(s) justifiable,
       the Organizer(s) reserve(s) the right to impose limitation on the operation of the exhibits.

d.     Operation of Booth

i.     All booths must be fully staffed and operational throughout the open hours of the Exhibition.

ii.    All Exhibitors' staff must wear Exhibition's badges issued by the Organizer(s) for identification
       and are advised to be present at their booth at least 10 minutes before the opening hour and leave
       the Exhibition Hall not later than 15 minutes after the closing hour. Exhibitors could may apply
       to the Fair Authority for an extension of these hours should such circumstances arise.

iii.   All activities of the Exhibitors and/or their staff must be confined to their booth area. No
       advertising or business activity may take place elsewhere in the Exhibition Halls.

e.     Movement and handling of exhibit materials

       The movement and handling of heavy exhibits and materials that require forklifts, pallet jacks, or
       any mechanical handling aid, must be done through access at the freight and cargo entrance only
       located at the rear of the exhibition halls. Only materials and exhibits which are easily hand
       carried, will be allowed access to the front entrance.

11.      VISA AND AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION

Please make sure you have visa to Vietnam, it is not possible to get a Spot Visa on arrival.

Asean (Asian Pacific countries) Citizen may be allowed to visa free access (about 15 – 30 days), please
double check with the Vietnam Embassy/Consulate in your country if you need to apply visa or not.

2. OBTAIN VISA TO VIETNAM - THREE METHODS
a. Tourist Visa in your home country (Highly Recommended)

    You are highly recommended to apply a tourist visa to Vietnam in your home country. It is very easy and
    simple. You just ask any travel agent in your home country to arrange a tourist visa for you and to buy a
    tourist package to Vietnam or go directly to the Consulate/Embassy to apply tourist visa.

b. Stop over in Hong Kong for getting an express Tourist Visa

    You need to come to Hong Kong personally and go to the Vietnam Consulate in Hong Kong with the
    original passport and 2 pieces of passport size photo from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays
    in Hong Kong), then you can get back your passport with the visa on the same date.

c. Business Visa (Not Recommend)
    1) Normal visa (7 working days)
    2) Express Visa (3 working days)
    You are not recommended to apply business visa as the procedure is very complicated and the charge
    is double compare with the tourist visa. You have to pay to the Vietnam Immigration for issuing Visa
    Invitation Letter/Fax and then have to pay another fee to the Vietnam Embassy/Consulate in your
    country for visa issuance. If you insist to apply business visa, please refer to form B (page: 18) for
    business visa application form.

Airport Transportation :
       Please kindly get a taxi to your hotel by yourself, taxi price from airport to city centre around
       US$15 – US$20.


12. PICK POCKETS

       Hanoi City is the same as any other international city: be cautious and don't go wandering around
       dark street corner and beware of pickpocket!


13. STORAGE FACILITIES

       The organizer(s) has/have no obligation to provide any service for on-site storage of Exhibitors'
       properties and exhibits. Prior arrangement must be made with the Official Freight Forwarder in
       regard to the safe-keeping of the properties.


14. PROMOTION MATERIALS CENSORSHIP

       Any promotion materials such as films, video-cassettes, 35 mm slide and printed matters to be
       shown to the public during the exhibitions must be censored via Official Freight Forwarder prior
       Exhibition by the Customs. Please allow at least 5 days for clearance. Censorship is subject to a
       clearance fee.


15. CLEANING

       The organizer will be responsible for cleaning of the public area, e.g. gangways. Exhibitors can have
       their booth or exhibition area cleaned by prior arrangement with the official booth contractor at their
       own cost.

A1 TOURIST VISA in your home country (Highly Recommended)
    You are highly recommended to apply for a tourist visa to Vietnam in your home country.
    It is very easy and simple. You just ask any travel agent in your home country to arrange a tourist
    visa for you and to buy a tourist package to Vietnam or go directly to the Consulate/Embassy to
    apply for a tourist visa.

    - Stop over in Hong Kong for getting an express Tourist Visa
    You need to come to Hong Kong personally and go to the Vietnam Consulate in Hong Kong with
    the original passport and 2 copies of passport size photo from Monday to Saturday (excluding
    public holidays in Hong Kong), then you can get back your passport with the visa on the same date.

A2 BUSINESS VISA (Not Recommended) – Deadline: September 27, 2011
   You are not recommended to apply for a business visa as the procedure is very complicated and the
   charge is double compare with the tourist visa. You have to pay to a fee for issuing Visa Invitation
   Letter/Fax and then pay another fee to the Vietnam Embassy/Consulate in your country for visa
   issuance/stamp. If you insist on applying for a business visa, please fill in the form A (page: 19)
   and return with payment.
         Normal Visa processing fee (10 working days): US$50 per person ________
         Express Visa processing fee (5 working days): US$70 per person ________

    Remark: Rates excludes the Visa Stamp Fee that the Vietnam Embassy or Vietnam Consulate in
    your country will charge you separately and the stamp fee cost about US$ 25-30 depends on the
    rate of Vietnam Embassy in each country

    After we receive all your required details, we will process the Vietnam visa for you and once
    approval code is ready, you will be informed by fax or email to receive the stamp/visa from the
    Vietnam Embassy or Vietnam Consulate in your country.

     -    The catalog serves both as a guide to the exhibition and as a valuable reference. To ensure
          your company's information included in the catalog, please return the form to CP Exhibition
          before the deadline.
        -       All information will be published in standard lettering and format for all companies alike.
                Black/white logo is free of charge and color logo is US$200 each.
        -       If you do not return this form before the deadline, the organizer(s) will only print your
                company name, address, telephone & fax number in the expo directory.
        -       The Organizer(s) bear(s) no responsibility for the accuracy of the information.
        -       Every 9 sqm space/booth is entitled to have one free catalog entry with one company name,

                                                  Of Vietnam Exhibition Fair Center
                                                           (VEFAC) 2011

Article 1:Before staff, workers, exhibits, equipment etc. move in the Exhibition Hall, exhibitors and contractors should read carefully
and comply fully with the “Rules and Regulations” issued by the Management Board of VEFAC.
Article 2: Registration Procedures
      2.1. In order to get the permit for entering the Exhibition Hall, all the contractors are requested to fill in the following forms:
             - Form 1: Booth Construction
             - Form 1A: Standard booth selection & decoration.
             - Form 1B: Raw space and special booth.
             - Form 9: Set-up and teardown Schedule
             - Form 10: Worker Pass
             - Form 3: Power Supply for opening hours of the Exhibition
             - Hand over of booked space
     2.2. Payment of management fee following 1B form.
     2.3. Depending on specific requests, exhibitors and contractors are requested to refer to the following forms:
             - Form 2: Rental Furniture.
             - Form 4: Additional electrical rental
             - Form 5: 24/24 electrical rental
             - Form 6,7 and 8: Other rental items
             - Form 11: Overtime work
     2.4. All orders must be accompanied with full payment to: Capital Exhibition Service JS.,Co, at Viet Nam.Technological
          and Commercial Join-stock Bank (TECHCOMBANK), Bank account: 108.20421726.02.2 (USD) or 108.20421726.01.4
          (VND), SWIFT Code: VTCB VN VX, address: 7th Floor, 72 Tran Hung Dao Street, Hoan Kiem Distric, Ha Noi City.
Article 3: Hand-over of booked space
      Both parties will sign the Report on “handover of booked space” confirming the status of the exhibition space to be handed
over. This Report will serve as a basis for the contractor to return the booked space to the ICE Management Board after the closing of
the exhibition.
Article 4: Booth Construction
      4.1. When entering and during the working hours at the Exhibition Hall, all workers and staff must wear “Worker Badge”
      4.2. For overtime works, overtime move-in of exhibits or equipment, please refer to form 11
      4.3. Errors committed during the set-up, Construction, decoration etc. periods shall be fined as follows:
1) Intentional Errors
      - Intentionally drilling, making holes in the floor, on the wall, pillar or other facilities of the exhibition hall. Intentionally
disposing glue, paint or other chemicals in the exhibition area. Intentionally connecting electrical equipment to the power source
without notifying the Management Board.
      - Disposing waste, materials, additives etc. which can cause damage to the common passages or to the operation of other
contractors
      - Displaying exhibits beyond the limit of the exhibition booth, hanging or sticking advertisement posters, banners without the
permission of the Management Board
      - Incompliance with regulations regarding teardown schedule, cleaning, power safety, fire prevention etc.
                        The fine ranges between VND 2,000,000 – VND5, 000,000 plus the cost of correction
2) Thoughtless errors
      - Causing damage to the floor, walls, pillars, glass doors and windows etc. of the exhibition hall by using hard, sharp, sharp-
pointed objects.
      - Disposing waste, materials etc. during the Construction period which can cause damage to the common passages or other
booths (the act of correction, however, has been taken)
      - Operation of sound system, loudspeakers etc. which can cause noise to other booths or the public
      - Being late in dismantling of booth or doing cleaning works
                        The fine ranges between VND1, 000,000 – VND2, 000,000 plus the cost of correction
3) Technical errors
        Technical errors are identified as errors committed during the booth Construction period. However, these technical errors shall
        unlikely cause serious damage and be corrected in due time by contractors (technical errors do not include those mentioned
        above)
                               The fine ranges between VND300, 000 – VND1, 000,000 plus the cost of correction
* After being warned by the Management Board, if contractors will take no action of correction, the Management Board reserves
the right to terminate the booth Construction work.
Article 5: Return of booked space
The users of booked space must return it to the ICE Management Board in the status as it was when the “Hand over Report” was
made. Otherwise, the user shall be held responsible according to Article 4.
                                                    Every 9 sqm Maxima system - furnished constructed
                                                    booth includes the following items:
                                                     1. Three sets of wall panels using PIFEX system with
                                                         3 mm thick white polykem. Corner booths will have
                                                         no partition wall at the end side but will have extra
                                                         fascia board.
                                                     2.   Fascia board with blue background and white
                                                          lettering in vinyl sticker cut out.
                                                     3.   Supply and laying of 9 sqm used needle punch
                                                          carpeting.
                                                     4.   Provision of:
                                                          •     1 no of lockable cupboard
                                                          •     1 round table or square table
                                                          •     2 nos. of chair.
                                                          •     1 nos. of 40W fluorescent tubes.
                                                          •     2 nos. of 100 W spotlight
                                                          •     1 no. of 13 Amp/220V single phase power

GENERAL INFORMATION
Exhibits are allowed to enter Vietnam on temporary import and later re-export for participation of trade
fairs and exhibitions, if not sold or consume, re-export of exhibits must be carry out within 30 days at
most from the day of temporary importation. All non return items / consumed items are taxable /
dutiable under the Vietnamese tax regulation, unless, otherwise stated.

For those exhibitors who wish to extend the duration of stay in Vietnam for demo or sales purpose
(which is subject to final approval by Vietnamese Customs), please kindly contact us for further details.

DOCUMENT AND CONSIGNMENT DEADLINE
In order to efficiently prepare the custom clearance documentation, we will encourage exhibitors to
email or fax a copy of the draft commercial invoice to us for pre-clearance, 30 days from show date.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRE FOR CUSTOM CLEARANCE AND DECLARATIONS
The following shipping documents are required for cargo clearance upon arrival in Vietnam.
        1) 1 copy of Combined Commercial Invoice & Packing List
        2) 1 original copy of Bill of Lading for sea cargo (alternatively, original is not required for
           Express Release/ Surrendered Bill of Lading/ Seaway bill)
        3) Copy of Airway Bill for air consignment
        4) Copy of Insurance Policy (If insured)
        5) Catalogues/Specification of machine/electronic items (if applicable)

COMBINED COMMERCIAL INVOICE & PACKING LIST

Attached is a copy of the Combined Commercial Invoice and Packing List for your usage. You may
photocopy additional copies if the attached is insufficient.

Explanatory notes on the filling of Combined Commercial Invoice and Packing List form are as follows:
 a. All entries must be in English Language.
 b. International Harmonized Code (HS Code) and Country of Origin must be indicated.
 c. For machine/electronic items, brand name, model and serial number must be
      provided. Catalogues are required for these items as well.
 d. Every individual item has to be given a value based on CIF value expressed in U.S. dollars.
     Do not indicate “No Commercial Value”.

CONSIGNMENT INSTRUCTION

All Master Airway Bill/ Bill of Lading must be consigned “Freight Prepaid” as follows, additional
surcharge will be imposed for wrong consignee consignments, and a 5% outlay commission fee will be
imposed for all “Freight Collect” consignments.

PACKING

Exhibitors are advised to provide strong packing cases for the transportation of the exhibits which can
withstand unpacking and repacking operations. For main exhibits, we recommend bolted returnable
type of cases to be used. This is to avoid unnecessary repair and reconstruction of cases in the event
of damages due to handling whilst in transit.

LATE ARRIVAL SURCHARGE

In case there is any late shipment arriving Vietnam after the above specific deadline, a late arrival
surcharge at 30% based on basic handling charge will be applied. APT Showfreight Limited/APEX
Trading & Services Co., Ltd will make all efforts to expedite the delivery schedule but no guarantee can
be given.

ATA CARNET

ATA Carnet is not acceptable in Vietnam for usage as documents for temporary importation.

RETURN OF EXHIBITS

For urgent return of exhibits, please inform our staffs on site in advance so that we can arrange for
urgent re-export custom clearance. For normal re-export, it can take up to 3 weeks due to Customs
process.

FILMS & VIDEO TAPES/DISCS

The Cinematography Department in Vietnam must inspect any films and video tapes/CDs/VCDs to be
shown at the exhibition. An additional handling rate for these censorship items will be billed as per
manual stated. It is also not suggested exhibitor to hand carry large amount of these items into
Vietnam, as cargo may be detained by Vietnamese Customs.

RESTRICTED ITEMS
Weapons and Arms, Cosmetics, Telecommunication Equipments, Medicines/ Pharmaceutical
Products are subject to specific import license in Vietnam. If required, a separate quote will be
provided.

To avoid Customs detention, exhibitors are suggested not to import any food/drinks items to Vietnam.

To ensure our acknowledgment of cargo arrival, please send by email or fax copies of the shipping
documents including Bill of Lading/Air way bill and the combined commercial and packing list to us as
per document deadlines stated.

All consolidated shipments by airfreight or sea freight must be issued with House Airway Bill or House
Bill of Lading. A consolidation cargo manifest must also be provided.

BONDED WAREHOUSE HANDLING & STORAGE

Exhibits in bond prior to move-in or re-export are subject to a bonded warehouse handling & storage
fee.

HANDLING OF SOLD EXHIBITS
Exhibits can be sold at the exhibition. On direct release of exhibits on site, the import taxes / duties
payable shall depend on the nature of commodity and the buyer/selling terms between exhibitor and
buyer.    All items that cannot be released on site will need to be transported back to the bonded
warehouse; handling charge will be charged back to exhibitor / buyer.

Customs conversion procedures of exhibits from temporary basis to permanent importation are rather
complicated. Before exhibitors confirm the trading terms, we suggest exhibitors to counter check with
us for a smooth sales and purchase transactions. Should APT Showfreight Limited/ APEX Trading &
Services Co., Ltd service is required for the conversion, charges as follow:

over-size surcharge for inward movements, as well as outward movements. If applicable, a separate
quote will be provided.

EARLY ARRIVAL STORAGE
Should the consignment arrive earlier than the stated consignment deadline, relevant port storage
charges will be billed back to the shippers/exhibitors/agents.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

For additional services not listed above, an individual quotation will be given upon request.

VAT
Please note all above charges are subject to 10% local VAT in Vietnam.

INSURANCE

It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to arrange Marine (Transport) Insurance covering transport to
the exhibition, during the exhibition, till the return of the exhibits to domicile/ exhibits sold locally,
including the period the exhibits are handled by APT Showfreight Limited/APEX Trading & Services
Co., Ltd.

Our tariff is computed on the basis of volume and weight and has no correlation with the value of
exhibits which means the cost of insurance cover is not included in our charges.

APT Showfreight Limited/APEX Trading & Services Co., Ltd can offer the exhibitor insurance coverage
at competitive premiums upon receiving request.

          technical equipment, please send us a copy of their catalogues for our easy custom declarations.

          Special license are required for temporary import of telecommunication, medical equipment, chemical,
          pharmaceutical and cosmetic products, food stuff . Fax copy of detailed Commercial Invoice & Packing
          List, Catalogue of Exhibit and appropriate support documents are to reach us at least 25 days prior to
          arrival of cargo.

          For customs clearance purpose, the following documents must REACH us by 06 - 07 October 2011.

     2. AIRFREIGHT

a. COURIER OF FILMS, VIDEO TAPES, DISCS AND/OR BROCHURES

     Any films and video tapes/CDs/VCDs to be shown at the exhibition must be cleared by the Cinematography
     Department in Vietnam. We would advise you against hand-carrying these items into Vietnam, as they may be
     detained by Vietnamese Customs and considerable time and effort may be required to clear them out in time for
     the exhibition.

     You are advised to courier these materials "Freight Prepaid" to us by 28 September 2011 to enable us to
     arrange for censorship clearance.

     From arrival at Agility’s premises up to delivery to exhibition stand, excluding the censorship fee levied by the
     Cinematography Department.

     Should films & video tapes/discs arrive via airfreight/seafreight, the tariffs for airfreight/seafreight shall apply.
     A censorship fee will also be imposed by the customs and this shall be passed back to the exhibitor as per
     outlay.

CUSTOMS REGULATIONS
The Vietnamese Authorities allow exhibits to be imported under ‘temporary import’ basis but exhibits must be re-
exported within one month from the close of the show.

We do not recommend that the exhibitor ship foodstuff or beverages to the exhibition and would suggest the
exhibitor buy them in Vietnam. If it is essential that the exhibitor bring their own, please ensure they are packed and
documented separately from the exhibits to avoid delays in the customs clearance. It should also be sent on a
separate Bill of Lading or Airway Bill.

Please be guided that imported foodstuff and beverages attract very high duty rates (between 70% and 150%). No
exemption will be granted.

Temporary importation of some specific products such as telecommunication, medical equipment, chemical,
pharmaceutical, food stuff and beverage, plants is subject to special import license granted by relevant Ministries.

ATA CARNET
The ATA Carnet is not an acceptable document in Vietnam.

TEMPORARY IMPORTATION

Cargo that is imported into Vietnam under 'Temporary Importation' is solely mean for the exhibition purpose and
must be re-exported within 30 days from the closing date of the exhibition. There is no extension permit granted by
Customs

RE-EXPORT

Re-export formality will require about 3 weeks prior to the shipment to be re-exported out of Vietnam. In the event,
the exhibitor needs the goods to be re-exported urgently, please notify our representative on-site.

PERMANENT IMPORTATION

Cargo that is imported into Vietnam under 'Permanent Importation' must be imported under :” 'Temporary
Importation' first and then convert from temporary importation to permanent importation as the instruction below:

CONVERSION OF TEMPORARY-IMPORT TO PERMANENT-IMPORT STATUS

All exhibits that is brought in under Temporary Import can be sold at the exhibition.                  However, all relevant
duties/taxes/vat must be paid at the end of the exhibition.

Communication equipment, Automobiles, Industrial Machinery, Luxury and Hi-Tech exhibits require import
quotas/license in order to be imported into Vietnam. Their importation will have to be determined and approved by
the Vietnamese customs.

The buyer/local agent is responsible for the application of the import license from the Ministry of Trade. If
conversion service is require, Agility will be able to facilitate in the conversion from temporary import into permanent
import under Commercial trade term with full documentation and license provided by buyer and seller. In case
exhibits sold without sales contract, only “Cancellation of temporary importation license” and “Customs
documentation and application fee for permanent import of giveaway items and consumables” will be applied.

Brochures and giveaway items are permitted entry into Vietnam but subject to import duties of between
40% and 60% based on the Declared/Market Value whichever is greater and a 10% VAT based on the value

SOLD EXHIBITS

In the event that duties/taxes are unpaid or pending approval and obtainment of Import license, the exhibits must be
transferred to a customs bonded warehouse. All related expenses will be for the account of the exhibitor.

From exhibition stand to ‘free-on-truck’ or to bonded warehouse, inclusive of return of empty cases, manpower and
mechanical aids for re-packing (if required):

 Handling charge                            US$ 35.00 per cbm or 1,000 kg, whichever is greater
 Minimum charge                             US$ 70.00 per consignment, per exhibitor

DEFINITIVE IMPORT / GOOD SOLD TO FOREIGN INVESTMENT COMPANIES

Vietnamese Customs will consider the sale of machines / equipments to Foreign Investment Companies imported
under an exhibition license on a case by case basis. Generally, only direct shipments into Vietnam sold to a Foreign
Investment Company will be exempt from payment of duties / taxes and VAT if they are still within their import quota
limit.

Exhibits that are sold to Foreign Investment Companies may have to be re-exported and imported again under
direct shipment and not utilizing an exhibition license.
BONDED STORAGE

Exhibits in bond prior to move-in or re-export are subject to a bonded storage fee.

ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR REPOSITIONING OF MACHINES ON SITE
All machines are quoted base on one time positioning, any additional re-positioning of machines will be charge
accordingly on site.
INSURANCE

We would like to advise that it is the responsibility of each exhibitor to arrange Marine (Transport) Insurance
covering transport to the exhibition, during the exhibition, and the return of the exhibits to domicile, including the
period the exhibits are handled by Agility Logistics Vietnam Co.,Ltd, and also ensure that Transport Insurance in
arranged for exhibits sold locally.
Our tariff is computed on the basis of volume and weight and has no correlation with the value of exhibits, it follows
that the cost of insurance cover is not included in our charges.
Upon written instructions, Agility Logistics Vietnam Co., Ltd can offer the exhibitor insurance coverage at
competitive premiums.

1. INTRODUCTION

forwarder and on-site handling contractor at the above event.

Our comprehensive range of services include customs clearance, transportation, on-site handling and re-export
arrangements, handled by our experienced staff.

This shipping manual should be read in conjunction with the exhibitor kit issued by the organisers. Please do not

          licenses, all related documents must be sent to Vietrans in advance at least 10 days prior to
          shipping.

II) SHIPMENTS VIA HONG KONG

   a) Seafreight Documentation
      Please supply two original copies of your B/L’s , and five invoices/packing lists for seafreight at least seven
      days prior to the arrival of the vessel.

   b) Airfreight Documentation
     For airfreight please attach five invoices to the AWB, and fax pre-advise with flight, AWB, ETA and one copy
     of your invoice at least 48 hours prior to the arrival of goods in Hong Kong.

6. DOCUMENTATION – COMMERCIAL INVOICES & PACKING LIST
To ensure proper customs documentation and smooth clearance, all exhibitors are required to submit to us copies of
their Commercial Invoice & Packing List and Catalogue of Exhibits (especially for machinery and generator exhibits)
BY LATEST 26 SEPTEMBER 2011.

The Commercial invoice and packing list must be made separately and must contain the following information:

- Complete name and address of Exhibitor.
- Marks and numbers of the exhibit items. Country of Origin.
- International H.S. Code.
- Quantity of each commodity and applicable unit of measurement (i.e. pieces, centimeters, kilograms, liters, ect.).
- Gross and net weight, individual measurements (LxWxH) of each case/carton/package/crate as well as total
  measurement for the whole shipment.
- Exact, detailed description and nature of contents, commercial name and technical use of goods, model and serial
  number if applicable, and component material (i.e. plastic, wood, steel, etc.).
- Unit and total value in US Dollars (USD) of each commodity.
- Catergory of exhibit items as follows : + items to be Returned.
                                          + items to be Sold.
                                          + Brochures and Give-Away items.
- Name, title and signature of authorised representative or agent completing the commercial invoice and packing list.


7. CUSTOMS REGULATIONS, DUTIES AND TAXES

The Vietnamese Authorities allow exhibits to be imported on a “Temporary Import basis” but exhibits must be
re-export within one month from the close of the show. Extention of temporary import license can be applied three
times with 30 days each. Please note that the extension of the temporary import license permit is subject to approval
from the Vietnamese authorities. Please refer to our tariff section regarding the handling charges for extension
of temporary import license.

All the goods and gifts, giveaway and consumable items (e.g. catalogues, brochures, photographs, stationery…) are
subject to import tax and VAT (Value Added Tax). The list of gifts, give-away and consumable items must be declared
to customs. There promotional materials such as gifts, brochures, catalogue and other given away items with the value
less than US$3.00 (VND 50,000) each and total value of less than US$600.00 (VND 10,000,000) can be applied for
import duty exemption but are not VAT exempt. Application process for tax exemption for such items can be applied
with the following conditions:

-   The final value of such items will be based on the market value as assessed by the Vietnamese customs office.
-   All these items must be used for give away purpose only, not for sale.
-   The list of items must be accepted and approved by organizer and official forwarder of the show.

Please note:- this application process takes two or three weeks to complete, and it can only be started after customs
confirm the value applied for tax calculation, therefore all exhibitors are requested to pay import duty and VAT tax of
these items in advance upon receipt of cargo at their booth. We will refund the difference balance after successful tax
exemption application. Please refer to our tariff section regarding the handling charges for application of
import tax exemption for giveaway items.

*** WE DO NOT recommend that exhibitors send gift, giveaway and consumable items via Express
Courier Service as it is extremely complicated for exhibition cargo and the import tax accessed by Customs
is very high. If possible, we recommend exhibitors send these items by airfreight. If consumables are
shipped together with other cargo, please pack them in separate cartons or cases.

Temporary importation of controlled products such as telecommunication, medical equipment, chemical,
pharmaceutical, food stuffs and beverages, plants…. are subject to special import licenses granted by relevant
Ministries. Please refer to our tariff section regarding the handling charge for application of special import
licenses.

We do not recommend that exhibitors ship food stuffs or beverages as these goods are subject to special import
licenses. No guarantee can be given if the customs officer finds foodstuffs/beverages and exhibitors risk confiscation
of their entire shipment.

ATA Carnet
Please do not send shipments on ATA Carnets. The ATA carnet is not acceptable in Vietnam customs
office.



8. PUBLICATIONS, BROCHURES, GRAPHICS & FILMS, TAPES, VIDEO CASSETTES ETC.

The Customs authorities will stringently monitor these materials. All promotional items (catalogue, brochures, films,
videocassette tapes) must by submitted to the customs office for censorship 15 days before the exhibition opening. We
feel it is necessary to bring up this point because inappropriate materials will be banned or confiscated. Please refer to
our tariff section regarding the handling charges for application for censorship import license.

Consignment Deadlines

You are advised to courier these materials “Freight Prepaid” to Vietrans Hanoi by 26 SEPTEMBER 2011 to enable
them to arrange for censorship clearance.

DO NOT include films and video tapes / CDs / VCDs together in the same consignment as your exhibits to avoid
delays in customs clearance.

If any films & video tapes / discs are included in your airfreight or seafreight consignments, the application handling
charges for censorship import licenses will be applied accordingly. These shipments must arrive 3 (three) working
days earlier than cargo arrival deadline.


9. SALE OF EXHIBITS

Conversion of Temporary-Import to Permanent-Import Status

The Vietnamese Authorities allow exhibits to be imported under “temporary import” and exhibits must be re-exported
at the close of the show. Retail selling may be allowed during the exhibition. A list of sold items must be declared to
Customs Department. The Seller must obtain all necessary import licenses and/or permits, if required and pay import
duties and tax including VAT before sale. Exhibit items can only be removed from the booth after this procedure is
complete. Vietrans does not accept any responsibilities for :

-   Exhibits which are not allowed by the Vietnam Customs and Organizer to be sold or displayed within the fair site.
-   Exhibits which require an import quota/license by the Vietnam Customs.
-   Any tax and duty for sold exhibits.
-   Loss of exhibits while on display at the venue.

Please refer to our tariff section regarding the handling charges for conversion from temporary to permanent
importation of sold items.

Communication equipment, Automobiles, Industrial Machinery, Luxury and Hi-Tech exhibits all require import
quotas/licenses to facilitate import as determined by, and under the approval of Vietnamese customs.

The buyer/local agent is responsible for the application of the import licenses from the Ministry of Trade.


10. PACKING
Please ensure your equipment is packed in strong, waterproof packing case which lends itself to being re-packed after
the exhibition. Please bear in mind that your exhibits will be in transit for long periods both to and from the exhibition,
and that cartons are not suitable to withstand the constant handling which takes place during transhipment.


11. CASE MARKING
In addition to the special case labels which are available from our offices and agents upon request, all packing cases,
cartons etc being sent to the exhibition must be stencilled with the following information:

12. INSURANCE
As the official tariff is computed on a volume and weight basis and has no correlation with the value of exhibits, it
follows that the cost of insurance cover is not included in our charges. It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to
arrange a full transit Insurance Policy covering transport to the exhibition, during the exhibition, and the return of
exhibits to domicile, including the period the exhibits are handled by us, and also ensure that Transport Insurance is
arranged for exhibits sold locally.

Exhibitors should also bring a copy of the insurance policy to Vietnam as it will be required in case we need to file a
claim for damage or loss on your behalf.


13. STAND LAYOUT PLANS
If you are exhibiting heavy equipment which requires the use of a forklift truck or crane to place it in position on your
stand, then we ask you to supply us with scale layout drawings so we can position such items early during the build up
period. Drawings should accompany your proforma invoice.

14. UNPACKING / REPACKIG ON-SITE

We will assist you in physical unpacking and installation of exhibits, however exhibitors must supervise and be
responsible for these operations. For this purpose, a representative of the company must be available on-site during
the move-in period. If exhibitors arrive on-site late, or, instruct us to arrange unpacking or repacking unsupervised on
their behalf, we shall handle these operations only at the exhibitors risk.


Similarly, during exhibition closing, exhibitors must also supervise the dismantling and repacking of exhibits, especially
for delicate or heavy equipment. When exhibits are repacked with used packing materials, the packing is regarded as no
longer suitable to protect the equipment against damage/moisture compared with the original. Exhibitors shall
therefore bear the responsibility for any consequences arising therefrom.



15. IMPORT AND EXPORT LICENCES – (SHIPMENTS VIA HONG KONG)

The Hong Kong Trade Department Regulations require import and export licences for ALL COMPUTERS WITH A
CAPACITY GREATER THAN 2 CPU AND ALL TEXTILES.


Exhibitors are required to submit to Rogers Worldwide (HK) Ltd the following information for licence application in
Hong Kong 10 days before shipment’s arrival.

16. HAZARDOUS OR DANGEROUS CARGO

Will be subject to a 50% increase against official tariffs and please note that we are unable to arrange return of any
hazardous or dangerous cargo!

All kinds of batteries are now considered as dangerous cargo by air and shipping lines in Hong Kong and bookings will
not be accepted for batteries unless we are able to provide the carrier with the "material safety data sheet" and
recognized laboratory test report from the manufacturer. No guarantee of acceptance of your cargo can be given by the
airline/shipping line even if we have furnished them the requisite documentation.

In order to avoid any problems we would strongly suggest that you to remove any batteries contained in your products
prior to shipping. Please visit the IATA (International Air Transport Association) website for dangerous cargo

17. PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
Companies using Rogers Worldwide or its appointed agents will be invoiced by them for all services. Companies
shipping other than by our offices or agents are advised that full payment must be received by us as follows:

Inward           : Upon uplift of goods, prior to delivery to stand.
Outward          : Upon presentation of invoice/prior to return of exhibits to sender.

All payment must be made without any deduction or deferment on account of any claim, counterclaim or off-set, and
remitting bank charges are to be borne by the remitter.

Personal or foreign cheques are not acceptable. Payment can be made by Telegraphic Transfer to our account as

                                           NOTES ON TARIFF

1) This tariff applies per shipment, per exhibitor – on a minimum basis.

2) Shipments routed over Hong Kong will incur destination terminal handling charges which will be passed on as per
   outlay. Overtime storage will also be charged at cost. (Approx. US$ 420.00/40’, US$ 380.00/20’, US$ 35.00/LCL -
   Min. US$ 50.00 and US$ 0.45/kg Airfreight - Min. US$ 60.00).

3) Terminal handling charges in Vietnam -
   Seafreight shipment : US$ 20.00 per cbm for LCL cargo (Min. 1 cbm per consignment per exhibitor)
                          US$ 115.00/40’, US$ 75.00/20’.
    Airfreight shipment : US$ 0.20 per kg (Min. 100kgs per AWB per exhibitor)

4) Minimum chargeable volume

    a) for 20’ container is 23 cbm,
    b) for 40’ container is 46 cbm.

5) The volume/weight ratio for airfreight will be calculated as 6:1, and charged on whichever yields the greater.

6) Specialised cargo – Hazardous or dangerous cargo will be subject to a 50% increase against official tariff.
   Please also note that we are unable to arrange any return of hazardous or dangerous cargo.

7) Tariff prices are applicable only to single pieces not exceeding 6 mts x 2.2 mts x 2.2 mts / 2,000 kgs. Any single
   piece in excess of these dimensions/weights will be subject to a 30% surcharge.

8) Prices include 14 days free storage in Hong Kong calculated as the 7 days prior to our last receiving date for
   inbound goods, and 7 days after arrival back in our Hong Kong godown for outbound goods.
   Additional storage in Hong Kong if required will be charged at US$35.00 per m3 per month.

9) Prices are valid only for goods arriving on or before our published deadlines, goods arriving after these dates will
   be subject to a 30 percent surcharge on basic prices.

10) Companies using Rogers Worldwide or it’s appointed agents as forwarders will be invoiced by them for all services.
    Companies shipping other than by our office or agents are advised that full payment for on-site services must be
    received by us before the close of the exhibition.

11) All cargo must be sent “Freight Prepaid” for the inward movement. Freight sent collect will be charged at 10% on
    top of the payment incurred.

12) Shipping company warehouse handling fee will be charged at US$ 80.00 per consignment per exhibitor (for Hong
    Kong LCL shipment).

13) All cargo originating or in transit via Hong Kong will incur Government Import/Export declaration fees of 0.05%
    of the declared value, min. US$ 30.00 per exhibitor/declaration. These charges are payable on both the inward and
    return movements.

14) Return sea shipment from or via Hong Kong will incur a documentation fee of US$ 80.00 per consignment.

                                        STORAGE CONDITIONS

1)   The owners/Agents forwarding goods for the storage (hereinafter refer to as “the Depositors”) hereby declare
     that they are the Owners of the authorised Agents of the Owners of the goods, and in forwarding the goods for
     storage accept these conditions for themselves and all other parties on whose behalf they are acting or who may in
     any way be concerned with the said goods.


2)   Goods received for the storage are not insured by Rogers Worldwide (H.K.) Ltd. (hereafter referred to us “The
     Company”) and are entirely at the risk of the Depositors. The Company will however effect an insurance of the
     goods on behalf of the Depositors if requested to do so by the Depositors in writing provided that the premium
     in respect of such insurance is paid or agreed to be paid by the Depositors.


3)   The Company will not be responsible for the condition or contents of any goods received for storage, nor for loss
     of weight, nor for any damage to the said goods before or whilst being stored or remaining in storage caused by
     dampness, termites, burglary, theft, Act of God, Enemies, hostilities, strikers, lockouts, riots, civil commotions,
     affects of climates, monsoons, tempest, torrential rains, floods, temperature changes, heat, fire, lighting,
     earthquake, explosion, vermin, white ants, unprotected or insufficiently protected casting or machinery, defective
     or insufficiently protected casting or machinery, defective or insufficient packing or packages, obliteration of
     marks, hook holes, tearing of covers, bursting of bands or hoops, leakage, rust, decay, sweat, mildew, dry rot,
     evaporation, fumigation, accidents, latent defect of the storage containers, inherent vice or circumstance over
     which the or any part or parts therefore to any part of parts of their storage container for storage.


4)   The Company may refuse to deliver to any person the goods deposited or any of them unless the storage charges
     hereunder accrued due and all others sum if any owed by the Depositors to the Company shall have been
     previously paid.

4) INSURANCE
     As the official tariff is computed on a volume/weight basis and has no correlation with the value of exhibits, it follows that the cost of
     insurance cover is not included in our charges. It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to arrange a comprehensive marine transit insurance
     policy covering transport to the exhibition, during the exhibition, and the return of exhibits to domicile, including the period the exhibits are
     handled by us, and also ensure that transport insurance is arranged for any exhibits sold locally.

5) EXHIBITOR’S ACCEPTANCE
     Use of ROGERS WORLDWIDE (HK) LTD’s services - be it partly or in full - and any requirement for additional services at any time
     before, during or after the exhibition, expressed orally and/or in writing and/or by conduct, implies acknowledgement and acceptance of
     the Standard Trading Conditions and the foregoing terms numbered 1, 2, 3 and 4 above.
