The State Department has confirmed issuance of the U.S. visa.

AL OMARI appears to have travelled with Salem AL HAZMI (DOB 2 February 1981,
Saudi Arabian passport #C562647) on his entry to the United States. Both gave their

EXHIBITS

Exhibit Q169: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Passport No. C573895 in the name of SAEED AL GHAMDI.
Exhibit Kl 17: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Passport No. C165015 in the name of ABDULAZIZ Afi
               OMAJU.

FINDINGS

Microscopic, instrumental and comparative examination of the above-described evidence resulted in the
following findings:

1. Exhibit Q169 was received in a worn and soiled condition, emitting a strong odor akin to
petroleum products. The presence of wrinkled pages and inks that have bled throughout the
passport can be attributed to exposure to moisture/solvents.

2. Exhibit Q169 is genuine. The passport conforms to comparable genuine Saudi Arabian passports on
file in the INS/FDL reference collection. An examination of Exhibit Q169 did not reveal any
physical evidence of page substitution, photograph substitution or biographical data alteration.

3. The U.S. Machine Readable Visa (MRV) on page 13 of Exhibit Q169 is genuine. The MRV
conforms to comparable genuine specimens on file. An examination of the MRV did not reveal any
   physical evidence of alteration.

4. The Schengen Visa on page 11 of Exhibit Q169 is genuine. The Visa conforms to comparable
genuine specimens on file. An examination of the Visa did not reveal any physical evidence of
   alteration.

5. Due to the extent of moisture damage, the U.S. admission stamp impression on page 12 of
Exhibit Q169 is illegible; therefore a proper comparative examination cannot be conducted.

physical evidence of page substitution, photograph substitution or biographical data alteration.

7. The U.S. Machine Readable Visa (MRV) on page 19 of Exhibit K117 is genuine. The MRV
conforms to comparable genuine specimens on file and was determined to be genuine. An
examination of the MRV did not reveal any physical evidence of alteration.

8. The Schengen Visa on page 17 of Exhibit K117 is genuine. The Visa conforms to comparable
genuine specimens on file. An examination of the Visa did not reveal any physical evidence of
   alteration.

9. U.S. admission stamp impressions "NYC 5092" on page 18 and the attached INS form 1-94
Departure Record conform to comparable genuine stamp impressions on file.

REMARKS:

The findings in this report are concerned with the physical properties of the evidence and do not address
the subject of fraudulent issuance. Ten workdays notice with the return of the evidence and a subpoena
is required for testimony. The above referenced evidence was hand delivered to the INS/FDL on 9/19/01
and will be returned by hand to the submitter.

student at the University of Colorado, Denver Extension, where he
is taking course work in electrical engineering. One of his
instructors is Michael Nauka and Hasson is aware that Nauka
contacted FBI Denver regarding a conversation which occurred
between Hasson and Nauka. Hasson explained however that Nauka
misunderstood their conversation regarding an Arabic student who
was a friend of Hasson's and reportedly had the same name as one
of the terrorist. A few years ago, this friend lost or had his
passport and identification papers stolen. It was this version
of the story that Nauka presented to FBI Denver.

Hasson corrected Nauka's version of what transpired by
first explaining that the conversation in question occurred on
the first Monday after the September 11, 2001, incident. On that
date, September 17, 2001, Hasson and another fellow Arabic
student, Majed Hassoun, were in their electronic laboratory class
when they were approached by Nauka, who was their instructor.
Nauka simply asked Hasson and Hassoun how things were going for
them since the September 11, 2001, incident. Their response led
to a general discussion about the tragedy and, at one point
during their discussion, it was Majed Hassoun who mentioned that
one of the subjects was a former student at their university.
Majed Hassoun identified this individual as Abdul Aziz AJ Omari
and further pointed out that Al Omari was enrolled into the
electrical engineering department and graduated in May 2000.
Hasson was of the belief that Majed Hassoun was also a student at
that time and possibly was a friend of Al Omari.

Hasson also explained that, during the course of their
conversation, Majed Hassoun mentioned he was watching an Arabic

Al-Omari's account number with Public Service Company
                    of Colorado was 3600560625.

The rental file contains a Colorado ID card #96-192-
1165, valid until 5/11/2001. The Date of birth given is as May
11,1975. This card is photocopied on a sheet of paper and
appears to have belonged to BadirObaid.

The rental file contained three noise complaints
                    against Al-Omari in 1-206, dated 11/15/97, 2/13/98, and 5/15/98.

                    the following: .,

Ahmed is the owner of both ALC and AES and started
these businesses in approximately November, 1999. AMS teaches
English as a second language. Students are typically of Middle
Eastern, Chinese and Spanish descent. AES recruits students for
National American University NAD. AES does not advertise and
has no over-seas contacts. AES recruits through word-of-mouth
via the telephone. Prior to starting both companies, Ahmed
worked for NAU from approximately October 1994 through November '9/11 Law Enforcement
1999. Classes can be taught on-line, through video and audio
cassette, and in a formal classroom setting. NAU, which is Privacy
located next door to AES, has many students from Middle Eastern
countries. Ahmed believes that NAU has had over 2,000 students
of Middle Eastern descent, both part-time and full-time, since
1994 when he started working for NAU. These students must have
and F1 Visa and have an I-20 INS form. Ahmed has been keeping
copies of passports and l-20's since approximately 1998. NAU I
requires a GED for its students. If a student does not have a /
GED, then they must get it within one year and cannot graduate
                    without it.                                            ,        ;

This site contained a photograph of Al-Omari. Ahmed thought the

Communications Center, where he currently works; and that Al-
Omari does not know anything about flying.

Al-Omari started attending classes in approximately
June 7,1995. He took about 4-5 classes and didn't graduate.
Al-Omari's last class was in 1998. In 1995 he took Differential
Equations, and Thermodynamics. In 1996 he took Physics and a
computer class failed for no-show. In 1998 winter he took
                    C/C++ Programming and C Programming. Al-Omari had a telephone
number of 303 337-8838. Ahmed did not have any other
information on Al-Omari. Ahmed thought his son Mohamad might be
able to identify Al-Omari with the photo taken from the Internet.

Ahmed noted that due to the recent bombings, the UAE
and Qatar embassies have ordered all of their students home.
This will hurt business. Ahmed advised neither he nor his sons
or family are associated with anti-American or terrorist groups.

Ahamad did not associate with Al-Omari because of the
need for a separation between school administrators and students.
Ahamad recalled that Al-Omari was a nice person who did not cause
