We are pleased to offer you the position of <POSITION TITLE> at the starting salary of
______ per month. This is a <full time/part time 12 month/9 month position>. This
position is considered a Professional Staff non-exempt/exempt position for purposes of
federal wage-hour law, which means that you will/will not be eligible for overtime time
pay for actual work time in excess of 40 hours in a given workweek.

The employment conditions of this position are provided under the Professional Staff
Handbook. A copy of the Handbook will be provided to you at your New Employee
Orientation which will take place following your first day of your employment. You are

Professional Staff employees. The Benefit’s Office will send an enrollment information

This offer of employment is contingent upon a complete background check satisfactory
to the University and your ability to meet federal employment eligibility requirements
including possession of a social security number. Your first day of employment is
