                                   Shared Systems
   This document identifies "Shared IT Systems" for the FERC Standards of Conduct.
   Shared Systems are accessible by both FPL and its Marketing and Energy Affiliates.

        System                                                 System Description



ACD                        Automated Call Distributor - Routes incoming calls to virtual and logical agents equipped to
                           handle customer inquiries
CALLS                      Customer Accounts Local Liaison system - CRM application which provides GUI tools used
                           by representatives when handling cutomer inquiries
CISII - CTI/VTEL           Computer Telephony Integration - CTI/VTEL
Blue Pumpkin               Workforce Management Tool: System that provides tools for forecasting, scheduling and
                           reporting of calls and staffing
CRS                        Consolidated Reporting System - Central repository, which contains call, manpower and CTI
                           statistics
CMS                        Call Management System - Provides real time tracking of call/agent state, and reporting
                           capabilties
CTI                        Computer Telphony Interface - technology that enables screen pop and virtual telephony

FROGS                      This application is written in Microsoft Access and the data is stored in Access. The
                           information stored is customer information along with all contract numbers and customer
                           contacts.
Message Caster             Messaging system which provides the ability to broadcast to the desktop important
                           messages or announcements to all representatives
QAMS                       Quality Assurance Monitoring System - Call recording/observation system
SPORTS                     Power Monitoring (SPORTS)
SRS                        Supervisosr Reporting System - In house reporting application on an MSAccess database
                           platform
SOSW                       Service Order Super Windows - GUI interface embedded in CALLS used to open customer
                           accounts
STT (Sales Tracking        Visual Basic standalone application. Data stored in DB2 tables. Only marketing data is
Tool)                      contained in this database; no customer data except the account number (no names or
                           addresses); also includes the products that were offered
AGC                        Automatic Generation Control- View FPL realtime unit generation and statuses. EMT
                           personal can assign fuel, change fuel, change fuel mixture, and change fuel cost. EMT
                           personnel also have access to gas pressure information and associated alarms.

Economy A                  Study application used to determine optimal generator loading based on system load
                           conditions. EMT executes Economy A in study mode.
ITS                        Interchange Transaction Scheduler- View interchange schedules that are entered via OATI
                           interface. Under emergency conditions interchange transaction schedules can be entered via
                           ITS interface.
Load Forecasting           Provide seven day load forecast for FPL service area. View and download seven day Load
                           Forecast for use in Gentrader day ahead studies.
                           The Accufile Tax System is used for the preparation of current and deferred tax accrual and
