Dirt Cake 1 20-oz package chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed 1/2 stick butter 1 8 oz. package cream cheese 1 cup powdered sugar 3 1/2 cups of milk 2 packages instant chocolate pudding 1 12 oz tub whipped topping 1 12 oz package shredded coconut, tinted green 1 plastic flower pot plastic spiders Cream margarine, sugar, cream cheese. In another bowl mix milk and pudding. Let sit until thick. Stir in cool whip. Plug pot holes, then put 1/3 of the cookie crumbs in the bottom of the pot. Add 1/2 of the cream cheese mixture and then 1/2 of the chocolate pudding. Repeat layers ending with the last 1/3 of the cookie crumbs on top as "dirt". On top of these crumbs, place the green tinted coconut. Place the plastic spiders on top of the "grass". Serve portions to the children. Enjoy!
