					NCERA-200 Meeting Details for October 30-31, 2008 in Ames Iowa.


The 2008 NCERA-200 meeting will be held October 30-31 at Ames, Iowa on the Iowa
State University campus in the Ensminger Room in Kildee Hall. Kildee Hall is located
across the street, north of Bessey Hall. The meeting is open to all with an interest in
soybean viruses.

The agenda for the meeting is listed below the lodging options. The meeting will start
with a Soybean Virus Symposium featuring six presentations on various aspects of
viruses, their insect vectors and host resistance for virus management. The symposium
will be followed by NCERA 200 business and state reports.

Below is a listing of lodging options. Parking is available at the Memorial Union Parking
Ramp on the south edge campus and off Lincoln Way Ave. The parking ramp is within
reasonable walking distance to Kildee Hall.

Steve Slack (NCERA-200 Administrative Advisor)

4:00-5:00: Begin reports/discussion – Each state will provide a written report with an
           abstract that summarized the states current status regarding research on
           soybean viruses, insect vectors and other related topics. Each state is
           expected to deliver an electronic version of the report to Secretary David
           Wright.
