Registration begins at 12:30 pm on Friday, May 15 and class begins at 1:00pm. The seminar concludes on Sun, May 17 at 11:30am. CERTIFED TRUST & FINANCIAL ADVISOR (CTFA) EXAM The CTFA exam is a separate registration & invoice process from the ABA Preparing for the CTFA. Registering for the workshop does not automatically register you for the CTFA exam. For students not attending the ABA Trust School, the CTFA exam will be Sun, May 17 from 12:45 – 5:00 pm. For students attending the ABA Trust School, the CTFA exam will be Fri, May 22 from 1:15 pm – 5:30 pm. We suggest bringing a light jacket or sweater, as hotel meeting room temperatures tend to be cool. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the session are subject to a charge equal to 50% of the total tuition fee. All cancellations must be made in writing and directed to the Project Manager. HOTEL RESERVATIONS & DEADLINES Call the Emory Conference Center hotel at 404-712-6565 or 800933-6679 to make your hotel reservations. Mention the ABA National or Graduate Trust School to get the discounted rate of $169/night (+tax) for single occupancy per night. All reservations as well as changes in arrival, departure, type of accommodations, or cancellations must be made by April 17, 2009 directly with the hotel. After this date, rooms are subject to availability and prevailing rates will apply. Should you cancel your reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received by 3pm EST, 72 hours in advance of arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
