As the founding member, assembled a distributed development team to create a web application for the utility industry. Automated
Utility Estimator (www.auegroup.com) is operated and maintained by our company. The development process included creating a user
interface that mimicked a desktop application with the look and feel of a windows client. Development life cycle included user
interviews, requirements documents, testing procedures, database design and modeling, web services design, actual development then
testing. 4 Servers (MS Server 2003) were implemented – 2 for testing and 2 for Production use. This application is still in use and being
maintained by the LLC. Application updates were completed early 2010 with upgrades to Windows Server 2008; IIS 7.5; SQL Server
2008 R2 (including a data migration from MS SQL 2000 to MS SQL 2008), ASP.Net 4.0. with MS Silverlight 4 and Adobe Flash CS5

Inherited, enhanced and maintained a Microsoft Client / Server database and application for a Mystery Shopping Company which
involved data entry forms and various reports. MS SQL Server 2000 and MS Access were used for data and report creation. I supported
and trained users on Crystal Reports 8.x. Also, developed various stored procedures and ‘nested’ stored procedures for use with special
calculated reports. I also developed their next generation prototype with ASP.Net 2003 – using ASP 1.1. Other technologies used;

migrations from db2 to Oracle 8i. I also provided user support and assisted the support desk with incoming calls. This included taking
support calls, tracking issues, logging issues and providing followup calls when issues were resolved. Some issues were bumped up to
