NOTICE OF MEETING The regular meeting of the Planning and Development Board will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 25, 2005 in the Common Council Chambers, Third Floor of City Hall, 108 East Green Street, Ithaca, NY. 1. Privilege of the Floor 2. Subdivision Review, 1112 East State Street, Two-Lot Subdivision, City of Ithaca Tax Parcel #111.-1-3.1. Donald Peterson, Owner/Applicant. Consideration of Preliminary and Final Subdivision Approval. Applicant is seeking approval to subdivide a 12,820 square foot (0.29 acre) parcel into two parcels; Parcel A equaling 6,786 square feet (.15 acre) and Parcel B equaling 6,034 square feet (.14 acre). Zoning District is R-1b. 3. Site Plan Review, Drop-In Children’s Center, 506 First Street, City of Ithaca. Lynne Jackier, Applicant for Drop In Children’s Center Inc., Owner. Declaration of Lead Agency, Public Hearing, Environmental Determination, Consideration of Preliminary Site Plan Approval. Applicant is seeking approval for an addition to an existing 4,500± square foot building known as the Drop-In Children’s Center. The addition will be approximately 3,300 gross square feet. The addition will be single story with a partial peaked roof of 19’ 2’’at the highest point. Ship Lap Cedar Siding to match that of the existing building is proposed for the exterior of the building. A new concrete walk is proposed from Adams Street to the proposed building. A six-foot high fence is proposed to separate the existing residential structure at the corner of First and Adams Streets (502 First Street) and from the residential structure to the west (414 ½ Adams Street) and a four-foot fence and gate is proposed at the new entrance from Adams Street. Some playground equipment will be relocated on site to accommodate the proposed addition. 4.
