Kelly Eakin (Director/Founder) - is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She graduated from
Washington College with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology/Sociology. Kelly earned her Master’s
degree in Special Education with a concentration in Behavior Modification from McDaniel College and a
graduate certificate in ABA from the Florida Institute of Technology. She has been working with
children, teens and adults with mood disorders, Autism; Asperger’s and related behavioral disorders for
the past 14 years.
Erin Donnelly -is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She graduated from James Madison
University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Special Education. Erin earned a
Master's degree in Education and a graduate certificate in ABA at George Mason University in 2007. She
is also a certified teacher in the state of Maryland for Special Education grades 1-8. She has been working
with children and adults with special needs since 1999.
Lauren Townsend- - is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Nationally Certified
Counselor. She earned her Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling Psychology from the State
University of New York in Albany, and a graduate certificate in ABA from the Florida Institute of
Technology. She has worked with children, teenagers and adults with Autism Spectrum, related
behavioral disorders and mood disorders for the past 10 years.
Ashleigh Ammann - is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She graduated from the
University of California, Santa Cruz with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She earned a Master's
degree in Counseling from Santa Clara University in 2006 and a graduate certificate in ABA from the
Florida Institute of Technology in 2010. Ashleigh started working with children with autism and other
behavior disorders in 1995.
Deborah Olchek - is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She earned her Master’s degree
in Psychology from West Virginia University. She has worked with children, teenagers and adults with
Autism Spectrum, Developmental Disabilities and related behavioral disorders for 20 years. She has also
worked with children and adolescents with psychiatric, behavioral and conduct disorders.
Ashley Bango-is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She graduated in 2008 from Florida
State University with a Masters of Psychology (specialty in applied behavior analysis). She has been in
the field of ABA since 2003. Her passion is early intervention for young children within the autism
spectrum disorder, but also has experience with adolescents and adults with various disabilities and
April Smith- received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Special Education from
Clemson University with concentrations in mood disorders, Intellectual disabilities and Early
Intervention. She has had 15 years of training and practice in ABA and Verbal behavior. April is
currently working towards her BCBA and attending the Florida Institute of Technology Certification
Ellyn Sanguedolce- received her Bachelor degree from The University of Florida. She has had
6 years of experience involving research, extensive training in ABA and Verbal behaviors. She has
several areas of expertise when it come to the individuals we serve. Ellyn is currently working towards
Kendall Meyer- is a Board Certifies Associate Behavior Analyst, completing her Behavior
Analysis & Therapy graduate certificate. She attended the Master’s program in Human Development &
Family Studies at Colorado State University from and received her bachelor's degree in Communications,
with a concentration in Communication disorders and a minor in Psychology. Kendall has provided
pediatric behavioral feeding therapy, supervised ABA services, and trained teachers in ABA techniques.
Overall Kendall has 10 year of experience in the field of ABA.
Allison Kavanagh- received her Bachelor’s degree in 2008. She began working with adults
with special needs in 2004. She has worked with children with autism in the home and school settings,
providing ABA therapy, since 2007. Allison has had extensive training in ABA over the past 7 years and
plans to pursue her BCaBA.
Abby Martello- received her bachelors in psychology from Cleveland State University and
completed coursework in ABA at Florida Institute of Technology. She is working toward her
certification as a BCaBA. Abby has been working with children since 2000.
Casey Quigley- received her BA in Psychology from George Mason University in 2008. Since
graduation, Casey has worked as a Residential Crisis Counselor for teenagers ages 13-17. Casey has
extensive experience working with children and adolescents with different mental health, behavior health
and emotional disabilities. Casey is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Counseling in the
Community at George Mason University and will graduate in 2012.
Krislyn Rohrback- is a graduate of George Mason University. She received a Master's in
Education with a concentration in Special Education in 2009 and is currently working towards her BCBA.
She has been working with individuals with autism and other behavior disorders since 2002.
Ky’an Kelly- Ky’an earned a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from California
State University, Fresno in 2008 and a graduate certificate in ABA from the University of North Texas in
2010. She started working with individuals with disabilities in 2005, and has been in the field of ABA
since 2006. Ky’an loves helping people gain functional skills, and seeing the positive impact it has on
their entire family!
Sara Trettel- earned her BA in Psychology from Auburn University. She has experience
working with a variety of populations, including children with Autism Spectrum disorders. Since
graduating Sara has provided ABA therapy in school, home and community-based settings to both
children and young adults. Her passion for seeing children reach their fullest potential within a positive,
nurturing environment is what has brought her to Behavioral Therapy & Consultation, LLC/ Family
Tori Demery- received her Bachelor of Art in Psychology, with a minor in Emotional
Disturbance and Learning Disabilities from George Mason University. Since 2006, Tori has worked with
children, teenagers and young adults with autism and related intellectual disabilities in various settings.
She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Special Education at George Mason, as well as her BCBA.
Danielle Everhart- received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Towson
University in 2002. In 2009, she earned her Master of Education degree in Counseling and Development
from George Mason University. Danielle has been providing ABA therapy to children and adolescents
with autism since 2004. She has over eight years’ experience working with individuals with special needs
including mental health disorders and intellectual and physical disabilities.
Stephanie Puszka -graduated from Dickinson College with a major in psychology a minor in
Spanish. She attended Virginia Commonwealth University and earned a Masters in Social Work. She has
a certificate in Early Intervention and is passionate about working with children who have disabilities.
Stephanie has been working with children with autism since 2006.
Fumika Yonekawa- received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Marshall University,
and a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis from Florida International University in 2010. Fumika is
bilingual speaking English/Japanese, since 2008 she has been working to support the lives of people with
Autism Spectrum and other behavioral disorders. Currently she is working towards a BCBA certification.
Padia Grant – earned her B. S. in psychology from Liberty University in 1994 and her M. Ed.
In special education from James Madison University in 2002. She has spent over 20 years supporting
children and families working as a parenting education specialist, child care specialist and working in
early intervention services. Padia is currently pursuing her BCBA at Penn State University.
Robyn Powell - received a Bachelor's Degree in both Psychology and History from the
University of Washington in Seattle. She has been working with children on the autistic spectrum since
2001 both in public school and child care settings as well as experience working with children with
special needs. She plans on obtaining her Master's degree in Social Work as well as a BCBA
Montrice Billingsley- received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Longwood
University in 2004. Since 2005, she has had extensive experience working with children with Autism
Spectrum Disorder providing ABA therapy in school, home and community-based settings. She has also
worked with children with behavior health, emotional and intellectual disabilities.
Rachel Jacob- received her BS in Human Development from Virginia Tech in 2009. During
her time there, she interned at the Center for Rehab and Development (CRD) where she was supervised
by an Occupational Therapist. At CRD, she participated in individual and group therapy for kids with
autism and related disorders. She is very passionate about working with children with disabilities and
plans to pursue both a Master's in Applied Developmental Psychology and BCBA in the near future. She
has been working with kids with children with autism and behavior disorders since 2009.
Megan Boyle - received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2009 and a Master of
Education in Child Studies with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2011 from Vanderbilt
University. She has experience providing ABA therapy and behavioral consultation services to children
with autism and other behavioral challenges and their families. She is currently working towards
obtaining her BCBA certification.
Jennifer Dodge- received a Bachelor’s of Arts from George Mason University. In 2010,
she earned her Masters of Education degree in Early Childhood Special Education. Jennifer has nine
years of teaching experience and six years of providing ABA therapy with children with Autism,
Intellectual and Physical Disabilities.
Leigh Ann- received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from George Mason
University in 1997. She has over seven years’ experience working with children that have autism. Leigh
Ann is passionate about working with children who have disabilities and their accomplishments are
Stephanie Bromley – received her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and
Psychology from Gannon University in 2004. She recently received her Master’s degree in General
Psychology from Walden University. Stephanie has had extensive training in ABA therapy and has
worked with children with autism and other related disorders since 2005. She is currently seeking her
BCBA and is continuing her education in Argosy University’s Clinical Psychology program.
