Put efforts to achieve overall GSDC goal of Marginal rating for SACA audit. • Attend regular meetings with SO management team from other geographies for successful transition of services to Bangalore. quarterly Business Controls review. • Prepare Customer plans for existing and new clients with L1 Mgrs . • Expand the capability of service delivery by hiring quality staff and implementing new cost effective solutions. Achieve resource growth rates, • workforce objectives by selecting suitable candidates and preparing required training and development plan. OR PLANNED TARGETS AS PER GSDC RAMP PLANS • While recruiting resources for Unix competency, trying to hire as many diversity candidates as possible. • Making team members understand how their work contributes to the success of GSDC India and IBM as a whole. ## PEOPLE MGT. • Creating a positive environment through personal leadership. • Scheduling departmental and one to one meetings with team members (once in 60 days ). • Cascading communications to team from GSDC management Develop technical talent and leadership in the team. • Encouraging innovations and good ideas. • Focus on personal and professional development and appropriate certifications for team members. • Identify and develop future leaders with personal focus on mentoring and coaching. • All team members to complete the required technical training for successfully starting and providing the service delivery. • Manage attrition in Unix team within the GSDC annual average rate of attrition. • Manage Unix team PBC/IDP.
