 We are now on the search for suitably qualified and dynamic individuals to join our CMS team as:

 (for Cahya Mata Sarawak Berhad based in Kuching)

 • To manage internal communication of corporate messages through newsletters, Intranet,
 • To manage external relations to ensure a positive corporate image through media, corporate
    website, events, attending to public enquiries, CSR programmes, sponsorship
 • To define communication messages for Company spokespersons & speech-writing for top
 • To handle events management of corporate events - annual general meetings, product &
    project launches
 • To manage Advertising & Promotion for the Group
 • To act as custodian for the Group’s branding
 • To handle Investor Relations through website, press releases, annual report, liaison with
    analysts & fund managers
 • To handle Crisis Management
 • To manage the department - staffing, organisation of work, quality, budgets
 • To provide support in key tasks mentioned above to subsidiary companies when required

 • Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or Mass Communication
 • Min. 10 years work experience in a senior position in this or a related field
 • MUST be able to write – press releases, reports, advertising copy
 • Sound understanding of corporate financials, communication issues, regulatory issues,
    equity markets, local & global
 • Ability to analyse competitive economic dynamics affecting the business
 • Highly motivated, creative, detail-oriented professional
 • A strategic thinker with strong leadership & interpersonal skills
 • Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia, written & verbal

 (for CMS Property Development based in Kuching)

 • To manage performance of the Sales & Marketing department
 • To prepare annual budgets, sales targets & present regular performance reviews to senior
 • To develop, implement & monitor marketing strategies & campaigns to support sales for all
    property projects
 • To develop marketing materials & advertisements & ensure information is disseminated
    effectively to the public, through print or electronic media
 • To manage R&D for new products and/or business development

 • Degree in Marketing or a related field
 • MUST have min. 6 years work experience in property sales and property product
 • Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia, written & verbal
 • Good networking & customer relationship skills, high integrity, independent, strong
    leadership skills
 • Possess own transport
