Master of Arts in Management The Master of Arts in Management is designed for individuals who are currently in management positions and to prepare students for challenges in the 21st century. The degree focuses on developing leadership, communications, interpersonal skills, and the freedom to accomplish tasks, set goals, and develop relationships necessary for professional development. The program offers four areas of specialization including Health Care Administration, Human Resource Management, Organization Management, and Psychology. The degree is a 37 credit hour program.
