									Master of Arts in Management
The Master of Arts in Management is designed for individuals who are currently in
management positions and to prepare students for challenges in the 21st century. The
degree focuses on developing leadership, communications, interpersonal skills, and the
freedom to accomplish tasks, set goals, and develop relationships necessary for
professional development. The program offers four areas of specialization including
Health Care Administration, Human Resource Management, Organization Management,
and Psychology. The degree is a 37 credit hour program.

**Students without three semester hours of documented undergraduate course work in
computers within the last seven years will be presented the option of testing out of COSC
1300 or the computer CLEP or DANTES exam. If the student fails either of these tests,
he/she will be required to take a three hour undergraduate computer course and earn a
grade of B or better before proceeding to MISM 5306.
