Basic Form of Addendum to Contract Powered By Docstoc
This is a document that describes additions, alterations, or removal of terms of a
contract mutually agreed upon by the parties to the contract. It is often used to supply
additional terms to standardized contracts, such as leases. An addendum is an
additional document not included in the original contract itself, but becomes binding on
both parties upon execution as if it were part of the original contract. This document is
ideal for entities or individuals who are using a standardized contract but want to tailor it
to fit the needs of the contracting parties.
