Undergraduate Renewal Application
 Please read these instructions before completing the renewal admission application.
 1. The renewal application is to be used only by students who are reapplying for admission for one of the three
    consecutive semesters following the date of original application. For instance, if you initially applied for admission for
    fall semester 2008, you may renew your admission application (using this form) for each semester
    up to and including fall semester 2009. Please use the chart below to determine if you are using the appropriate
    application.

 2. If you wish to apply for admission any semester thereafter, you must complete a regular admission application, submit
    another application fee and resend all official transcripts to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions by the deadline
    dates listed on the front of this form. Call (313) 577-3577 to request that a regular application be mailed to you, or
    visit our Web site at admissions.wayne.edu to download an application or apply online.
 3. If you have taken additional courses at your previous institution or attended another college since you last applied for
    admission, you must request that your institution’s registrar send an official transcript to the Office of Undergraduate
    Admissions.
 4. Early registration occurs two months before the beginning of each term. To receive early registration information, you
    should apply six months before the beginning of a term.
 5. If you are a transfer student, your transcripts will be forwarded to the Office of Transfer Credit Evaluation after
    your admission to the university. You will be able to access your evaluation through your Pipeline account once it
    is complete. At that point, you should see an academic adviser for guidance on course selection. To schedule an
    appointment with an adviser, please call (313) 577-2680. Students in Business Administration should call
    (313) 577-4505; students in Engineering should call (313) 577-3780. Students in Education should call
    (313) 577-1601.
