VERY IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
            • You	must	meet	all	admission	requirements,	as	well	as	all	the	deadlines	listed	above,	or
               your admission will be cancelled.
    	       • You	will	not	be	allowed	to	“make	up”	coursework	during	the	summer.	For	example,	if	you	get	a
“D” in English (or any other required course) in your senior year, so that you no longer meet the
minimum requirement for that subject area, we will cancel your admission – you cannot take a
summer course to make up any deficiencies.
    	       • Many	applications	were	provisionally	admitted	on	the	basis	of	their	self-reported	courses,	grades
and test scores. If your final official transcripts and test scores show that you do not meet the re-
quirements for admission, your admission will be cancelled. We do not use “mid-year” transcripts
               for the final evaluation.
    	       • Students	are	required	to	provide	immunization	records	before	registering	for	classes:
            	 http://www.humboldt.edu/health/immunization_requirements.php.
