Steve Seligsohn
Steve Seligsohn is a twenty-year veteran of the commercial real estate business. He has completed investment sales totaling more than $400 million dollars. As a co-founder of Westwood Net Lease Advisors, he focuses on triple-net investments. Steve began his career as a certified public accountant with an international firm. As such, he brings extensive financial knowledge to each transaction. Andrew Gitt

CEO of Business Development
Andrew’s keen insight into the real estate business’s nuances and his innate ability to innovate has enabled much of Westwood Net Lease Advisors’ success. One of three company co-founders, he brings ten years of solid marketing and management experience to the Westwood team. Andrew is responsible for supervising both business development and public relations activities. His main focus lies in developing and coordinating our unique system to preserve our clients’ wealth through the use of triple-net investments. In 2006, Andrew will be maximizing Westwood’s present systems of product delivery to the triple-net and 1031 exchange investment public. He will be launching a national magazine on net-lease investments, and he will be contributing articles on the merits and methods of net-lease investments to various financial publications. •
