   “CHEF’S TABLE” SERIES AT THE HOTEL ROANOKE
                     Intimate Chef’s Table Debuted in March at
                      The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center
ROANOKE, Va. (April 5, 2010)— The Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center is proud to
introduce a new culinary adventure through a Chef’s Table series dining experience featuring pre-
dinner cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, followed by a specially prepared multi-course tasting dinner
in The Regency Room with Executive Chef Billie Raper.

Throughout the year, The Regency Room will be offering this exceptional culinary series
featuring seasonally and locally themed, four-course meals and elegantly paired wines, where
diners will have the chance to learn the entire procedure from an executive chef.

The next culinary adventure in the Chef’s Table will celebrate seafood and takes place Thursday,
April 29th starting at 6:30 p.m. in The Regency Room.

“This will be an exciting way for foodies and food lovers to sit down and learn about planning,
procedures, ingredients and most of all, how to indulge in the seasons,” said Executive Chef
Billie Raper. “We want to offer something more than your traditional dining experience. Our
series will feature the finest wines and a tailored menu to bring out the richness and flavor of
exquisite seasonal cuisine, which will also at times highlight a taste of the region.”

The “Chef’s Table” series is open to the public and will be held every month. Events will be held
on the last Thursday night of each month and feature an elegant four-course dinner paired
perfectly with wine.

The cost is $65 per person. Reservations are required in advance and can be made by calling
540-985-5900. Participants will receive recipes and tips after the evening is completed.
