Job description Position Summary and Responsibilities • Business Partner Representatives professionals are responsible for helping our business partners sell IBM's offerings (hardware, software, services, and industry solutions) to our end users. • This role maintains in-depth skills in the specialty offerings, and is assigned to specialty specific business partners or territories where they possess the sales and technical expertise required to conduct all phases of the sales cycle with the business partner. They are responsible for building the capacity of the business partner, plan for technical skills, drive communication of promotions and programs and helping the business partner close the sale. Works independently, as a member of a large team, or the leader of a small team. Is typically assigned to medium to large size opportunities within a business unit, area/country, or industry unit. • Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned. Required Bachelor's Degree
