CSO) of operational BPM controls/process matters, queries, etc.  Ongoing focus & monitoring/tracking of BPM controls compliance requirements within the country.  Deployment & implementation of WW and/or GMU instructions & advsories within the country.  Support & provide guidance to country BPO team & relevant supporting functions (eg. CSO) on BPM-related processes during Internal Audits, proactive reviews, etc  Implement BPM controls requirements in new or updated BPO-related systems, applications, processess (eg. CMT for BP co-mktg) within country.  Interlock with relevant supporting functions such as CSO, Pricing, Mktg, etc to resolve issues, provide guidance, etc on end-to-end BPM process matters within country.  Provide support & guidance for country BPO's MSAC's and WWBCIT SOX testings, reporting & quarter-end closing.  BPM controls cadence & reporting interlock with Asean BPO and Finance BC.
