OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS
Grand Prize: Trip for Two to Las Vegas, Nevada for 5 days and 4 nights.
RAFFLE DESCRIPTION: Tickets (“Raffle Tickets”) for the Las Vegas Trip Raffle (the “Raffle”) will be sold
between March 1, 2010 and ending on May 22, 2010 (the “Raffle Period”). To purchase a Raffle Ticket,
visit one of our three branch locations: 430 S. 4 St., Reading, PA, 7 Parkside Ave., Shillington, PA or St.
Joseph Medical Center: Medical Office Building, Suite 108, Route 183, Bern Township or call the credit
union at 610-374-8351, during regular business hours. Tickets can also be purchased from a Riverfront
FCU employee. The purchase price of each Raffle Ticket is $5.00 for 1 ticket, 3 tickets for $10.00 or 8
tickets for $20.00. Payment may be made in cash or by check made payable to Riverfront Federal Credit
Union. Payments are not tax deductible contributions and are not refundable. A properly completed
information stub (“Raffle Ticket Stub”) and full payment are necessary to purchase a Raffle Ticket. If a
participant’s check is dishonored or declined, his or her Raffle Ticket will be invalid unless full payment is
received prior to the drawing. Notice of an invalid Raffle Ticket will be given by mail by the participant on
his or her Raffle Ticket Stub. Proceeds of the Las Vegas Trip Raffle are to benefit the American Cancer

ELIGIBILITY: Only legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older are eligible to
PRIZE AWARD: The prize is a trip for two (winner age 18 or older and one guest) to Las Vegas from
White Star Tours. The prize trip includes:
Roundtrip coach class air transportation for two. Actual airport will be determined by White Star
Tours based on pricing.
Five days, four nights hotel accommodations. Hotel to be located on the strip. Actual hotel will
be determined by White Star Tours based on availability at time of travel.
Roundtrip transfers from airport to hotel in Las Vegas
RAFFLE DRAWING: Drawing for the winner of the Las Vegas Trip Raffle will take place on Saturday,
May 22, 2010 from among all eligible Raffle Tickets purchased during the Raffle Period. The winner will
be publicly announced at the Central Berks Relay for Life Event on Saturday, May 22, 2010. Winner
need not be present to win. If winner is not present, the potential prize winner will be notified by phone
within 3 business days of the drawing using the contact information provided on their Raffle Ticket Stubs.
Only those named as the ticket purchaser on a valid winning Raffle Ticket Stub are eligible to claim the
prize, and such person may be required to provide proof of identification acceptable to Sponsor. If a
potential winner is found to be ineligible, has not complied with these Official Rules or despite Sponsor’s
reasonable efforts to contact the potential, does not respond within (10) business days of the first
notification attempt, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be
selected in another random drawing from among the same eligible entries as the previous drawing.
ODDS: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Raffle Tickets purchased during the
GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: Potential prize winners may be required to execute a Liability Release
and Affidavit of eligibility/publicity release. Winner assumes and is solely responsible for all federal, state
and/or local taxes, including but not limited to, income tax and all federal and state withholding
requirements, as well as all incident expenses not mentioned herein. The grand prize winner will be
required to complete and return a W-9 form before the prize will be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable,
and no substitutions for cash or other prizes permitted by winner.
ENTRY OWNERSHIP/RELEASE: By entering, entrant agrees to follow the Official Rules and hold
harmless and indemnify Riverfront Federal Credit Union, White Star Tours and the American Cancer
Society, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and
agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with
respect to or arising out of either (i) entrant’s participation, including their notification or, (ii) the receipt or
use of the prize awarded.
