    The   Waterside,   Royal    Worcester     is   Berkeley’s
    regeneration of the historic Royal Worcester Porcelain
    Works, which was established in the city in 1751. Royal
    Worcester porcelain quickly became extremely sought
    after, especially for the new fashion of tea drinking,
    and the porcelain factory acquired many high profile
               customers who spent vast sums.


    Several years ago Berkeley began transforming this
    heritage location into a highly desirable residential
    development. It includes some of the original buildings,
    now refurbished as stylish apartments, with newly built
    houses and apartment buildings alongside, offering
    a wealth of choice in a prime riverside and canalside
