       The MATIC will support the ongoing operations of the state fusion center

*MT   Department of Justice Highway Patrol
         Dispatch Upgrade to Radio Trunking Interface system

 AEPC / MSU – MT Agroemergency Education & Planning Initiative
        Enhanced surveillance capabilities for detecting animal, zoonotic or plant diseases
        and contaminants

  (DPHHS) MT Department of Public Health and Human Services
        Contract services to administer day to day project over site. Ensure regional
        medical response capability.

 MT Department of Livestock State Diagnostic Lab
       Equipment to better prevent, protect against, respond to, and recover from
       natural threats and acts of terrorism against Montana's food supply.

  Disaster & Emergency Services (RACES) Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Service
          Three base radio systems used to replace outdated equipment at the state
          emergency coordination center

  Disaster & Emergency Services (HSEEP) Homeland Security Exercise &
          Evaluation Program
          continuation of the Exercise Program Manager position
 Interoperability Montana P25 Narrowband Repeater & Base Station Distribution
         This request targets replacing local, tribal, and state VHF repeaters and dispatch
         base stations in 8 regional consortia.

 MT Office of Community Service Citizen Corps Special Needs
        Funding request is to support Emergency Operations for populations with
        Special Needs

         Vehicle, training, and exercises

 Gallatin County 911
         Replacement of 9 primary paging transmitters, a controller, and the relocation
         of the current existing transmitters.

 Fallon County
         Regional Pilot program that would provide communications systems to 4 counties
         in southeastern Montana.
         This system is to be compatible with the Interoperable Montana system.

 MT Agroemergency Education & Planning Initiative
       Enhanced surveillance capabilities for detecting animal, zoonotic, or plant diseases.
       and contaminants

 Interoperability Montana Radio Communications, Site Infrastructure, & Microwave
         Connectivity
         Fund 3 separate projects that are needed to enhance connectivity and radio
        coverage for public safety responders. Previous requests have included investments
        that will interconnect to this proposal.

Interoperability Montana P25 Narrowband Repeater & Base Station Distribution
        This request targets replacing local, tribal, and state VHF repeaters and
        dispatch base stations in 8 regional consortia.

Interoperability Montana Planning: Project Management, Travel, & Outreach
        Project Management, Consortia Travel and Outreach communications

Interoperability Montana Short Term Emergency Operations, Maintenance, & Repair
        Provides operational maintenance and emergency repair funding for the current
        DHS10 and other systems investments. Funding for this investment would be used
        for a variety of emergency repairs, spare parts and technical support.

       Transform the 2 Montana Bomb Squads into 5 NIMS compliant teams
