• The placement office sends placement invitation letters to the companies enclosing the placement brochure of the University.
• The companies visit the campus for a Pre-Placement talk either before the selection processes or combine it with the final recruitment.
• On receipt of information / confirmation, the placement office announces the requirements of the company through various notice
boards of the university, whereby interested students contact the placement officers.
• Subsequently the CV’s are forwarded to the company for further processing.
• The company shortlists candidates that fit their job profiles from the application pool and sends the same to the Placement Office.
• A mutually convenient date is finalized for the selection processes. The company is required to furnish the final list of students
preferably on the same day, or as soon as possible, after completion of the selection process.

CanCELLaTion of aDMiSSion
29 10 Jagan nath university reserves its right to cancel the admission of admitted student under
any of the following circumstances:
01 • If the fee is not deposited by the stipulated date.
15 • If the candidate fails to join a particular programme by the stipulated date, after the fee
has been paid.
03 02 • If the candidate fails to furnish the proof of the stipulated minimum qualification.
23 04 • If any student is found to be misbehaving or any other issue regarding discipline at any

16 payMEnT of fEE
• Fee is to be paid in two equal installments on July 31st and December 31st each year,
33 17 failing which a penalty of rs. 20 per day will be charged for the next 30 days.
• After a period of 30 days, the name of the defaulting students will be struck off the rolls.
However, re-admission could be sought by paying rs. 500 as re-admission fee along
with the same fine.
• On completion of the course, the students are required to fill in a prescribed ‘No Dues’
form for refund of security deposit and submit it in the office. the security deposit is
claimed within six months of completion of course.
