DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICIES:
June 11th 2010 to September 25th 2010
A deposit equivalent to the first night’s stay is due at time of reservation, with full payment being due 14 days prior to arrival (12:00 noon 14 days ahead).
Payments are non-refundable once due and no refunds will be given for cancellations; THIS INCLUDES ALL NO-SHOWS AND EARLY DEPARTURES.
Dec. 23, 2010 – Jan. 1, 2011
A deposit equivalent to the first night’s stay is due at time of reservation, with full payment being due 30 days prior to arrival (12:00 noon 30 days ahead). The
first night’s payment is non-refundable, cancellations made after full payment is due but more than 15 days prior to arrival will be refunded 50% of total, and
no refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival (12:00 noon 15 days ahead); THIS INCLUDES ALL NO-SHOWS AND
EARLY DEPARTURES.
ALL OTHER DATES 2010
A deposit equivalent to the first night’s stay is due at time of reservation and is non-refundable, with the remainder being due upon arrival. Cancellations
made less than 48 hours prior to arrival (12:00 Noon 2 days ahead) will be charged the full amount of the reserved stay; THIS INCLUDES ALL NO-SHOWS
AND EARLY DEPARTURES.
