                                                                                 your own balance between beauty and health—then don’t
                                                                                 let it make you crazy. “You do want to be that extra bit cau-
                                                                                 tious when you’re pregnant,” says Deacon, “but you can’t go
                                                                                 bonkers with worry either.”
