contained in this application. The report may contain information regarding your credit worthiness, character, general reputation, personal
characteristics and mode of living. By signing this application, you authorize RealPage, Inc. screening company, whose address is 4000
International Parkway Carrollton, Texas 75007-1913, and whose telephone number is 1-877-325-7243, to conduct a screening for tenancy and to
release any and all information obtained to the Landlord and its agents. If the application is denied or approved conditionally based upon
information contained in the report, you may request and obtain a copy of the report. You have the right to dispute the accuracy of the
information contained in the report. You may have additional rights under state and federal law.

I certify that, to the best of my knowledge, all statements are true and complete and I understand that all questions requiring a yes/no answer that
is left blank shall be deemed to be answered No. False, fraudulent, or misleading information may be grounds for denial of tenancy or subsequent
eviction. I am aware that an incomplete application can delay in processing and can lead to denial of tenancy.

Applicant understands and agrees that he/she will have no rights to occupy any apartment until a screening application is passed and a tenancy
agreement signed. In order to hold this apartment off the market pending completion of this screening process, Applicant agrees to pay a
Holding Fee of $_____________________Check/Money Order No.____________________. If the application is accepted and a tenancy
agreement signed, this holding fee will be applied to either the first month’s rent or security deposit. If the application is accepted with or without
conditions, including but not limited to increased deposit, first and last month’s rent, co-signer or roommate, and Applicant chooses not to sign a
tenancy agreement, the entire holding fee will be forfeited as liquidated damages and no portion of it shall be returned to Applicant. If the
application is not accepted, the holding fee will be refunded to Applicant within a reasonable time.
