Manufacturer Certification Statement for Residential Federal Tax Credit
Attic Breeze, LLC hereby certifies that the products listed below are classified as “Qualified
Solar Electric Property” and are therefore subject to applicable federal tax credits under the product
category of “Solar Energy Systems/Photovoltaic Systems” as prescribed in the Energy Improvement and
Extension Act of 2008 (P.L. 110-343):

Per federal requirements, the above listed products must be installed per manufacturer’s installation
instructions and meet applicable local fire and electrical code requirements. Taxpayers must retain a
copy of this certification statement for their records, but are not required to submit a copy with their
federal tax return. This certification statement is valid for the above Attic Breeze products, placed in
service from January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2016.
