    1.1 Transformer
        Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 500 KVA, 11 KV /
        0.433 KV, 3 Phase 50 Hz, Dyn 11 Vector group, ONAN type, copper
        wound, indoor type Transformer with OFF load tap changing switch on HV
        side in steps of +/- 2.5 %,+/- 5% & -7.5 % having cable end boxes on HV
        side suitable for 1 No 3 X 240 Sq.mm XLPE cable of 11 KV grade and LV
        side Cable end box suitable for 3 runs of 3 1/2 x 240 Sq.mm XLPE cable
        with neutral brought out seperately complete with all accessories including
        winding temperature indicator / controller, supplying and laying of copper
        conductor multicore control cable from transformer to HT breaker for safety
        tripping, first filling of filtered dehydrated oil and confirming to IS 2026 (Part
        1 to Part 5) & as per specification attached complete in all respects as
        required at site.
1.2 HT Panel
    Supply Installation,Testing and Commissioning of 11KV indoor type Floor
    mounted type Metal Clad 11 KV VCB Panel with 3 Nos VCBs, totally
    enclosed & Fully intrlocked horizontal drawout, vertical isolation type
    breaker, dust and vermin proof, free standing, having capacities mentioned
    below, single break, trip free mechanism, motorised charged and auto-cum-
    manual closing breaker suitable for use on 11 KV, 3 Phase, 50 Hz A.C
    supply with short circuit fault level of 500 MVA, complete with self
    contained, fully interlocked , rack in rack out mechanism, air insulated but
    PVC sleeved copper bus bars of 630 A capacity, breaker featured with
    mechanical ON/OFF indicator with hand trip device, spring release coil,
    shunt trip coil and auxiilary switch of 4 NO + 4 NC and equiped with
    following switch gears and accessories i/c connection suitable for 3 core
    240 Sq.mm XLPE 11 KV cable (Cable entry from bottom) and end
    termination with heat shrinkable jointing material etc as required.(note:Cost
    of end termination not included in this item)
    A-Incomer-1 No. VCB Panel having the following
    (a) 1 No. 630A, 11KV, 3 phase, 50 Hz Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB)


   (b)1 No 11 KV/110 Volts PT class 0.5 accuracy and 200 VA burden with 1
   No Voltmeter (0-15 KV), Digital type, selector switch for voltmeter and
   protection fuses for HT metering upto 12 KV on incomer.
   (c)1 set of dual core dual ratio 3 CTs 60/30/5+5A of 15 VA burden and
   accuracy class 0.5 for metering and class 5P10 for protection
   (d ) 1 No - (0-60 A) dual scale Ammeter, digital type with selector switch for
   Ammeter.
   (e) 1 No. Digital Tri Vector Meter
   (f) 1 No. Microprocessor based numerical relay for Over current and 1 Earth
   fault protection.
   (g) 1 set of phase indicating lamps with HRC fuses
   (h) 1 set of indicating lamps to indicate OPEN, CLOSE, TRIP, SPRING
   CHARGED, TRIP CIRCUIT HEALTHY
   (i)630Amps copper busbar-1 set

   (l) 1 set of copper bus bar for earthing.
   (m) 1 set of master trip relay & trip circuit healthy supervision relay.
   (n) Power pack with 2 nos. 12/15 volts, 7 AH (minimum), SMF batteries for
   closing / trip circuit.
 B Outgoing : 2 Nos. VCB Panels each having the following
   (a) 1 No. 630A, 11KV, 3 phase, 50 Hz Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB)
   (b) 1 No. Microprocessor based numerical relay for Over current and 1
   Earth fault protection.
    (c)1 No set of dual core 3 CTs 30/5 +5A of 15 VA burden and accuracy
    class 1 for metering and class 5P10 for protection.
    (d)1no -(0-30A) ammeters, digital type & selector switch for ammeters.
    (e) 1 set of indicating lamps to indicate OPEN, CLOSE, TRIP, SPRING
    CHARGED, TRIP CIRCUIT HEALTHY
    (f)Trip/Neutral/close switch
    (g) protection arrangements with necessary VAA relays and Master trip
    relays for connecting the WTI of Transformer.
    (h) Annunciator, alarm bell
    (i) ALL other standard accessories and indication mountings
    SUB HEAD II - MV PANEL & SUB Panels
2.1 Non-Essential Panel
    Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of cubical type LT panel
    suitable for 415V, 3 pahse, 4 Wire 50 Hz AC supply system having front
    surface area of 9.66 sq.mtr (Approx) fabricated in compartmentalized
    design from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame work and covers,
    3mm thick for gland plates i/c cleaning & finishing complete with powder
    coating in approved shade, having suitable capacity extensible type TPN
    Aluminium bus bars, DMC/ SMC bus bar supports, with short circuit
    withstand capacity of 31 MVA for 1 Sec., bottom base channel of MS
    section not less than 100mm x 50mm x5mm thick, fabrication shall be done
    in transportable sections, entire panel shall have a common earth bar of
    size 50mm x 5mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, solid connections from
    main bus bar to switch gears with required size of bus bars and control
    wiring with 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor S/C cable, cable
    alleys, cable gland plates in two half, i/c providing following switch gears
    and as required:
    (I) Main Incoming from Transformers)
    2 Nos. - 800 Amps four pole horizontal drawout type, air circuit breaker of
    fault breaking capacity 50 KA (Ics=Icu ) manually operated, with interlocked
    door, automatic saftey shutters, mechanical ON/OFF and service / test/
    isolated position indicators and frame earthing contact, confirming to IS -
    13947-2-1993 as amended upto date complete with following accessories
    for each ACB -
    a)Independent manual spring closing mechanisum - 1 No.
    b) Microprocessor release for over current, earth fault & short circuit
    protection - 1 set.
    c) Load Manager for monitoring and displaying voltage, current, power,
    power factor etc (of 440 volts, 50 Hz, 4wire system) having accuracy class
    of class-1 complete with CT's of suitable ratio, and back up HRC
    fuses/MCB's etc complete as required. - 1 set.
d) 3 Nos. phase indication LED lamps with 2 Amp back up HRC fuse /
MCB, breaker 'ON' indicating light, test terminal block set, fuses, circuits as
per standard practice, auxiliary contacts for positive interlocking of the
breakers as required. - 1 set.
e) Shunt trip coil 220 V A.C.
(II) Bus Coupler
1 No. - 800 Amps four pole horizontal drawout type, air circuit breaker of
fault breaking capacity 50 KA (Ics=Icu ) manually operated, with interlocked
door, automatic saftey shutters, mechanical ON/OFF and service
/test/isolated position indicators and frame earthing contact, confirming to
IS - 13947-2-1993 as amended upto date complete with following
accessories for each ACB -

III) Bus Bars :
TPN Aluminium bus bars of minimum of 1000 Amps capacity with heat
shrinkable coloured sleeves and i/c DMC/ SMC bus bars supports at
required intervals complete etc. for withstanding fault level of 31 MVA for 1
sec.
IV) Interlocking :
Electrical through advance contacts in ACB's and mechanical interlocking
with Castle Keys should be provided for 2 Nos incomer ACB's and Bus
Coupler ACB to ensure that only one supply is available at a time on each
section of the bus and to eliminate any possibility of accidental approaching
of two supplies at one bus section.
V) Outgoings - Section-I :
(a) 1 No. 630 Amp 4 pole MCCB (Ics= 35 KA) with microprocessor release
for overcurrent and short circuit complete with rotary operating handle

(b) 1 No. 315 Amp 3 pole MCCB (Ics= 35 KA) with microprocessor release
for overcurrent and short circuit complete with neutral link and rotary
operating handle
(c) 4 Nos. 200 Amp 3 pole MCCB (Ics= 35 KA) with thermal magnetic
release, neutral link and rotary operating handle
(d) 1 No. 100 Amp 3 pole MCCB (Ics= 35 KA) with thermal magnetic
release, neutral link and rotary operating handle
VI) Outgoings - Section-II :
(a) 1 No. 400 Amp 3 pole MCCB (Ics= 35 KA) with microprocessor release
for overcurrent and short circuit complete with neutral link and rotary
operating handle
(b) 2 Nos. 315 Amp 3 pole MCCB (Ics= 35 KA) with microprocessor release
for overcurrent and short circuit complete with neutral link and rotary
operating handle
    (c) 1 No. 250 Amp 4 pole MCCB (Ics= 35 KA) with thermal magnetic
    release and rotary operating handle
    (d) 1 No. 200 Amp 3 pole MCCB (Ics= 35 KA) with thermal magnetic
    release, neutral link and rotary operating handle
    (e) 3 Nos. 100 Amp 3 pole MCCB (Ics= 35 KA) with thermal magnetic

    VII) Adaptor box at bottom for entire length of the panel

    incoming ACB and for 2 Runs of 31/2 x 240 sq.mm for all outgoing MCCB

2.2 Essential Panel
    Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of cubical type LT panel
    suitable for 415V, 3 pahse, 4 Wire 50 Hz AC supply system having front
    surface area of 6.84 sq.mtr (Approx) fabricated in compartmentalized
    design from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame work and covers,
    3mm thick for gland plates i/c cleaning & finishing complete with powder
    coating in approved shade, having suitable capacity extensible type TPN
    Aluminium bus bars, DMC/ SMC bus bar supports, with short circuit
    withstand capacity of 31 MVA for 1 Sec., bottom base channel of MS
    section not less than 100mm x 50mm x5mm thick, fabrication shall be done
    in transportable sections, entire panel shall have a common earth bar of
    size 40mm x 5mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, solid connections from
    main bus bar to switch gears with required size of bus bars and control
    wiring with 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor S/C cable, cable
    alleys, cable gland plates in two half, i/c providing following switch gears
    and as required:
    (I) Incoming from 320 KVA and 125 KVA DG Sets
    (a) 1 No. 630 Amp 4 pole MCCB (Ics= 35 KA) with microprocessor release
    for overcurrent, short circuit and earth fault complete with rotary operating
    handle
    (b) 1 No. 250 Amp 4 pole MCCB (Ics= 35 KA) with microprocessor release
    for overcurrent, short circuit and earth fault complete with rotary operating
    handle
    c) Load Manager for monitoring and displaying voltage, current, power,
    power factor etc (of 440 volts, 50 Hz, 4wire system) having accuracy class
    of class-1 complete with CT's of suitable ratio, and back up HRC
    fuses/MCB's etc complete as required for the above incomers. - 2 sets.

    and 300 Amps for section-II with heat shrinkable coloured sleevs and i/c
    DMC/ SMC bus bars supports at required intervals complete etc. for
    withstanding fault level of 31 MVA for 1 sec.
    IV) Interlocking :

    VI) Outgoings - Section-II :
    (a) 2 Nos. 250 Amp 3 pole MCCB (Ics= 35 KA) with thermal magnetic
    release, neutral link and rotary operating handle
    (b) 2 Nos. 100 Amp 3 pole MCCB (Ics= 35 KA) with thermal magnetic
    release, neutral link and rotary operating handle
    (c) 96mm square Digital type ammeter (0-250 Amp) with selector switch
    and CT's of ratio 250 / 5 Amps (1 set of 3 Nos) - 2 sets.
    (d) 96mm square Digital type ammeter (0-100 Amp) with selector switch
    and CT's of ratio 100 / 5 Amps (1 set of 3 Nos) - 2 sets.
    VII) Adaptor box at bottom for entire length of the panel

2.3 Sub Panel (Essential)
    Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of cubical type LT panel
    suitable for 415V, 3 pahse, 4 Wire 50 Hz AC supply system having front
    surface area of 2.63 sq.mtr (Approx) fabricated in compartmentalized
    design from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame work and covers
    complete with powder coating in approved shade, having suitable capacity
    TPN Aluminium bus bars, DMC/ SMC bus bar supports, angle iron base
    frame of MS section not less than 50mm x 50mm x5mm thick, entire panel
    shall have a common earth bar of size 25mm x 5mm at the rear with 2 Nos.
    earth stud, cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half, i/c providing
    following switch gears and as required:
    (I) Incoming
    (a) 1 No. 250 Amp 4 pole MCCB (Ics= 35 KA) with microprocessor release
    for overcurrent, short circuit and earth fault complete with rotary operating
    handle
    (b) 96mm square Digital type ammeter (0-250 Amp) with selector switch
    and CT's of ratio 250 / 5 Amps (1 set of 3 Nos) - 1 set.
    (c) 96mm square Digital type Voltmeter (0-500 V) with selector switch - 1
    set.
    d) 3 Nos. phase indication LED lamps with 2 Amp back up HRC fuse / MCB
    - 1 set.
    II) Bus Bars :
    TPN Aluminium bus bars of minimum of 250 Amps capacity with heat
    shrinkable coloured sleevs and i/c DMC/ SMC bus bars supports at
    required intervals complete etc.
    III) Outgoings :
    (a) 7 Nos. 100 Amp 3 pole MCCB (Ics= 25 KA) with neutral link and rotary
    operating handle

2.4 AUTO Power Factor Correction Capacitor panel.
    Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of automatic power factor
    corrector panel (APFC panel) of cubical design having front surface area of
    3.00 sq.mtr (Approx) fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet, powder
    coated after 7 tank treatment process, compartmentlised (preferably)
    suitable for 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz AC supply & consisting of the
    following.
    a) 1 No. incomer - 315 A TP MCCB, 35 kA breaking capacity with thermal
    magnetic release with set of Bus bar
    b) 300 A Digital Ammeter with selector switch and CT's -1 set
    c) 500 V Digital Voltmeter with selector switch -1set
    d) Set of pilot lamps with switch and fuse control-1set
    e) MPP Gas filled type capacitors, 440 Volts, 'ISI' marked and of 135
    KVAR to be contolled in 8 Steps of "5+10+15+15+20+20+25+25"
    f) 3 Nos 10KVAR Fixed Capacitor, MPP Gas filled type, 440 Volts, 'ISI'
    marked (direct to incoming switch for Transformer compensation under no
    load condition)
    g) HRC fuses with base of desired rating for protection of each bank of
    capacitors.
    h) Current limiting type TP contactors suitable for capacitor duty for each
    bank of capacitors.
    i) Automatic power factor correction relay microprocessor based ( having
    not less than 8 stages) to indicate power factor, control capacitor banks &
    with facility of adjustment of power factor setting.
    j) Auto manual selector switch with facility for manual control capacitor bank
    in the event automatic operation not functioning.
    k) ON/OFF indicating lamp for each bank
    l) Fan (with thrmostat) for cooling of panel
    m) CT of desired ratio to be fixed in main incomer of LT panel with wiring
    from LT panel to capacitor panel.
    SUB HEAD III - CABLING
3.1 Supplying and laying (in existing pipes / masonary open duct / cable trays )
    of 11KV Grade 3Core x 240 Sq.mm XLPE Aluminium conductor, PVC
    sheathed , armoured cable confirming to IS 7098 of earthed system.

3.2 Supply and making Indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable,
    indoor termination kit complete with all accessories including aluminium
    lugs, bimetallic washers, all consumable materials for the following size of
    3Core x240 Sq.mm XLPE Aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV Grade as
    required.
3.3 Supplying and laying of one number XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed,
    armoured, aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade of the
    following sizes direct in ground including excavation, protective covering
    and refilling the trench etc as reqd. (Rate quoted should be excluding
    cost of sand. Sand cushioning shall be done with available excavated
    sand)
    a) 3 1/2 x 50 sq.mm
    b) 3 1/2 x 70 sq.mm
    c) 3 1/2 x 120 sq.mm
    d) 3 1/2 x 150 sq.mm
    e) 3 1/2 x 240 sq.mm
3.4 Supplying and laying of one number XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed,
    armoured, aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade of the
    following sizes direct in ground as additional cable in the same trench in
    one tier horizontal formation including excavation, protective covering and
    refilling the trench etc as reqd. (Rate quoted should be excluding cost
    of sand. Sand cushioning shall be done with available excavated
    sand)
    a) 3 1/2 x 50 sq.mm
    b) 3 1/2 x 70 sq.mm
    c) 3 1/2 x 150 sq.mm
    d) 3 1/2 x 240 sq.mm
3.5 Supplying and laying of one number XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed,
    armoured, aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade of the
    following sizes in the existing RCC/HUME/STONEWARE/METAL pipe as
    reqd.
    a) 3 1/2 x 50 sq.mm
    b) 3 1/2 x 70 sq.mm
    c) 3 1/2 x 120 sq.mm
    d) 3 1/2 x 150 sq.mm
    e) 3 1/2 x 240 sq.mm
3.6 Supplying and laying of one number XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed,
    armoured, aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade of the
    following sizes in the existing masonary open duct as reqd.
    a) 3 1/2 x 50 sq.mm
    b) 3 1/2 x 70 sq.mm
    c) 3 1/2 x 120 sq.mm
    d) 3 1/2 x 150 sq.mm
    e) 3 1/2 x 240 sq.mm
3.7 Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with Brass
    compression gland and aluminium lugs for the following sizes of PVC
    insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV Grade
    as required

      a) 3 1/2 x 50 sq.mm
      b) 3 1/2 x 70 sq.mm
      c) 3 1/2 x 120 sq.mm
      d) 3 1/2 x 150 sq.mm
      e) 3 1/2 x 240 sq.mm
3.8   Fabricating and installing following size of perforated MS. Cable trays I/c
      horizontal and vertical bends, reducers, tees, cross members and other
      accessories as required and duly suspended from the ceiling with
      MS.suspenders and I/c painting with powder coating etc as required.
      a) 600 mm width x 75mm depth x 2.0mm thickness
      SUB HEAD IV - EARTHING
4.1   Earthing with copper Earth Plate 600mm x 600mm x 3mm thick i/c
      accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having
      locking arrangemnt and watering pipe etc. (but without charcoal or coke
      and salt) complete as required.
4.2   Extra for using charcoal and salt for GI or copper plate earthing electorde
      as required.
4.3   Providing and fixing 25mm X 5mm copper strip in 40mm dia GI pipe from
      earth electrode as reqd.
4.4   Providing and fixing 25mm X 5mm copper strip on surface /along the cable
      tray or in recess for earth connections etc. as reqd.
4.5   Providing and fixing 25mm X 5mm GI strip on surface/along the cable tray
      or in recess for earth connections as reqd.(For APFC panel)
      SUB HEAD-V (Safety Equipments)
   5.1 Providing & fixing danger plates made of mild steel at least 2mm thick &
       vitreous enameled white on both sides & with inscriptions in signal red
       colour on front side as required.
       (a) High Voltage - size 250mm x 200mm
       (b) Medium Voltage - size 200mm x 150mm
   5.2 Providing and fixing carbon dioxide (CO2) type fire extinguishers confirming
       to IS 2878- 1976 and cylinders fully charged of following capacity.

         (a) 4.5 KG.
   5.3   Supply and fixing of ABC type fire extinguishers, protable type 5 kg capacity
         hanged on wall with bracket complete as required.
   5.4   Supply and fixing safety instruction chart in word duly framed with 5mm
         thick glass as required.
   5.5   Providing of set of 4 Nos. 9.5 Litre capacity GI bucket painted in post office
         red colour with prior coat of red-oxide paint and written with white paint
         "FIRE" and mounted on MS angle iron frame with bracket of appropriate
         size & capacity I/c fillings sand etc.
   5.6   First Aid Box as approved by St. John Ambulance Brigade/ Indian red
         Cross conforming to IS 2217-1963.
   5.7   Supply & fixing shock treat chart duly mounted on a wooden frame with 5
         mm thick glass as required.
   5.8   Supply Hand gloves suiatable for 11 KV as required.
   5.9   Providing of rubber mat 1 mtr wide and 12mm thick to withstand 15 KV
         dielectric strength.
  5.10   Providing of rubber mat 1 mtr wide and 6mm thick to withstand 3.3 KV
         dielectric strength.
