The central, big-city locations of our
A&O hostels may sometimes occasion
a greater need for guests’ security,
and we are happy to take this into
account. In all our hostels, for ex-
ample, 24-hour service is a matter of
course, on all 365 days each year. You
will always find someone competent
to help you with expert advice in case
any problems arise.
Without exception, all our bedrooms,
public and non-public rooms are con-
nected to the central fire alarm system
via fire and smoke detectors. The
central system is directly linked to the
fire station, so that the rescue services
are alarmed without losing any time in
an emergency.
The key cards for the rooms are valid
for a limited period only, so that e.g.
unpleasant surprises from former re-
sidents are avoided; these can always
