CSI Contractors, Inc.
2009 Company Prospectus
1.0 Introduction CSI Contractors, Inc.
In 1999, Ron and Cara Paulk began building CSI Contractors. The goal was to create a
construction company that minimized the reliance of subcontract labor and services.
The company officially incorporated in January 2002 to become CSI Contractors, Inc.
In 2002, CSI Contractors, Inc. (CSI) formed an alliance with HCI Steel Building
Systems, Inc. This proved to be a strategic move for both companies, as CSI soon
became HCI Steel's number one builder. From that time to the present, CSI has
remained HCI Steel's top seller and authorized builder of steel buildings.
The dream of maintaining a full service turn-key construction company has been
realized. CSI employs over 40 craftsmen that complete nearly all phases of construction
in-house, including preliminary engineering and design. This structure allows CSI to
control costs, quality and scheduling. Customers also enjoy the convenience of the CSI
structure. They are more involved and have greater control in the decisions regarding
CSI’s corporate headquarters at: 3748 Alken Street, Bakersfield, CA 93308.
Since its inception, CSI has
completed more than 350 projects
in 10 years with an overall value of
more than 58,000,000 dollars.
These projects were completed in
both California and Alaska. Over
the years, CSI has gained
experience in many types of
construction techniques, including;
wood framing, pre-engineered
metal building, structural steel
erection, and site & structural
concrete. CSI is an authorized
builder for HCI Steel Building
