Mission Statement:
          I strive to become a full-time 3D artist and/or technical director, applying my creative spirit, eye for
detail, and knowledge of various 3D methods to the design and development of new and interesting characters,
scenery, and stories.

Work Experience:
        Digital Media Academy – Los Angeles, CA

                3D Modeling and Animation and Game Design Instructor, July 2009 and June-August 2010

                Instructed different classes of teenage (13-18) students on essential skills and techniques for 3D
                animation and game design using a combination of Autodesk Maya, Unity Game Engine, and
                Unreal Tournament 3 Editor and UDK. Courses taught included Introduction to Maya, Game
                Design with Unity for PC and iPhone, Level Design with Unreal and Character Design with
                Unreal. Successfully guided high-school aged students with no prior knowledge of 3D
                applications through the process of creating basic models, textures, and animations and rendering
                them, as well as creating games, game assets, and fun and playable game levels.

        AXIOM Professional Health Learning – Newtown, PA

                Freelance Flash Developer, October 2009 - Present

                Construct and improve on Flash-based e-Learning modules for Pharmaceutical sales while
                adhering to tight deadlines and a client-driven development strategy. Responsibilities include
                developing and debugging Actionscript 2.0 code, working with XML and image editing as well as
                vector graphics, print layout, sound editing and Quality Assurance practices.

        Space Whale Game Studios – Philadelphia, PA

                Freelance 3D Artist and Technical Developer, August 2009 - Present

                Perform a variety of tasks and responsibilities including Character Artist (low-poly modeling and
                high-resolution sculpt) and technical development including character rigging and set-up for an
                in-development next-generation XBLA title.

               Teaching Assistant, June 2008 – September 2008

               Helped defne course curriculum and teach 3D character setup and animation for a Computer
               Game Development course covering Torque 3D game engine and Flash game design.

               Interface Designer and Developer, June 2008 – September 2008

               Worked on a Drexel team in partnership with Applied Communication and Information
               Networking (ACIN) in Camden, New Jersey. Analyzed graphical user interfaces for military
               applications and recommended design changes, as well as producing mock-ups for redesigns.

               3D Modeling Tutor, September 2007 – December 2007

               Guided an international student with limited English comprehension through an introductory 3D
               modeling course in Maya. Successfully imparted modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering
               concepts as well as general design and composition principles.

       Entertainment Technology Corporation – Southampton, PA

               Multimedia Artist, March 2007 – September 2007

               Produced a variety of multimedia projects for Entertainment Technology Corporation (ETC).
               Created Flash promotional and informational materials for ETC’s subsidiaries, promotional flm
               pieces, still photography, 3D concept images, various user interface designs, company demo CD-
               ROMs, and 2D concept art for ride installations. Also helped create training media for Virgin
               Galactic’s frst trainees.

       Drexel University Roller Hockey Club – Philadelphia, PA

              Student Athlete, 2004 - 2009

              Played roller hockey for Drexel University from 2004 - 2009. Successfully balanced school work
              with athletics throughout college, maintaining good grades while being named to the Eastern
              Collegiate Roller Hockey Association’s all-star teams in 2007, 2008, and 2009. Attended the 2007
              National Championship Tourney in St. Louis, MO.

              Board of Directors – Chief Media Offcer, 2006 - 2007

              Elected to the Board of directors as the Chief Media Offcer, in charge of creating bio portraits,
              web and print promotional media, tryout fyers and other media.

              Board of Directors – Club Secretary, 2008-2009

              Elected to the Board of Directors for a second time as the club secretary. Responsibilities
              included managing all offcial paperwork and maintaining correspondence with Drexel
              University’s athletics department. Also helped create and execute the club’s monetary budget,
              worked with uniform designers, and continued producing promotional media.

       Quakertown Ice Hockey Association – Quakertown, PA

              Student Athlete, 2000 - 2004

              Played ice hockey for Quakertown High School throughout high school, playing both Junior
              Varsity and Varsity. Named Most Valuable Player in 2003.
