satisfaction and attainment of HEB business goals. Drafted procedures and guidelines for suppliers to
meet Central Market All Natural Food Standards.
     Act as organic foods quality consultant to outside and company-owned manufacturers.
     Conducted educational seminars and workshops for retail store managers and regional food safety
        and quality department heads on organic production and handling practices.
     Developed product knowledge for all product categories in the Central Market Brand to include
        manufacture and industry, and manufacturing systems used to produce products.

Field Organizer:
Responsible for canvassing targeted neighborhoods in an effort to raise funds and deliver current socio-
ecological concerns of the organization to the general public.
     Educated general public on comprehensive CAC renewable energy policy for the state of Indiana
       while gathering widespread support through door-to-door communications and fund raising.
     Canvassed over $1,000 dollars for three weeks within a 3 month period in urban and rural
       districts in central Indiana.

Hoosier Environmental Council                     Indianapolis, IN           2001
Field Organizer:
Responsible for canvassing targeted neighborhoods in an effort to raise funds and deliver current socio-
ecological concerns of the organization to the general public.
    Discussed the impact of harmful polluting provisions made in the current Indiana Groundwater
       Rule through door-to-door member and non-member communications.
    Successfully raised over 275 dollars in one canvass outing, and accomplished departmental
       fundraising quota over 85% of the time during employment.
    Worked closely with Hoosier Environmental Council Policy Team in order to bring a clear and
       concise campaign message to the general public.

CSA Farm Manager
Responsible for the day-to-day farm management and member operations.
    Performed numerous tasks including but not limited to plantings, cultivation, harvesting, post-
       harvest handling and marketing of certified organic crops.
    Coordinated CSA member deliveries and on-site pickups.

    Communicated with 45+ CSA members throughout the growing season in order to best
