Register Receipt Ads from Spring 2011 Wee-Cycle Sale
                                                   Vendor Guidelines & Waiver
                                                      Vendor Guidelines

       Vendor booths are on a first come, first serve basis and will be reserved once Wee-Cycle receives a completed
        application and payment has cleared. Please make checks payable to Wee-Cycle LLC and mail to: JoAnn Rash,
        Wee-Cycle, LLC, 9004 NE 72nd St, Vancouver, WA 98662
       All vendors must complete and sign a Vendor Application and this Vendor Guidelines & Waiver page prior to the sale.
       All vendors must be family friendly! Our hope is that you will also share our Earth friendly philosophy as well.
        Vendors in direct competition to our sale and companies that do not “fit” with the Wee-Cycle philosophy will not be
        accepted.
       Our customers are Parents, Grandparents and Caregivers. Children are welcome at our sale. However, they will not
        be your target audience.
       Set-up for the Fall 2011 sale will be on Thursday, August 4, 2011 between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm. The
        Vendor Pre-sale is from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm. Please plan to be present at your vendor space for the First
        Time Parents Pre-sale, Thursday, August 4, 2011 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
       Vendors must be present and available to the public during the sale hours on Friday, August 5, 2011, from
        10:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday, August 6, 2011, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. You may not pack up and
        leave the sale before 3:00 pm Saturday, August 6, 2011.
       All vendors must assist in the clean-up of their vendor space. The space must be completely empty with all trash
        removed at the end of the sale.
       Vendors who participate as consignors in the Fall 2011 sale will receive a $15.00 discount. Discount will be applied in
        your consignor check after the sale.
       All product and gift card donations for gift basket(s) must be delivered prior to the July 25, 2011 deadline to be
        included in the Fall sale. No sample sizes, please.
       For Register Receipt Ads, please send a black & white jpeg of your logo and your ad copy to info@wee-cycle.com
        prior to the July 18, 2011 deadline.



                                                       Vendor Waiver

I have read and agree to comply with all items listed above in the Vender agreement.                     ______initial


I understand and agree to hold harmless and make no claim against Wee-Cycle LLC, the lessors of the space where the sale
is held, any volunteer or paid participants in Wee-Cycle LLC, or the insurer of Wee-Cycle LLC for the damage, fire, theft or
loss of any items I have at the Wee-Cycle LLC sale. Wee-Cycle LLC does not anticipate any thefts, fire, damage, or loss but
occasionally these events may occur.                                                                     ______initial


I understand and agree to waive any and all claims for personal injury resulting from participation in Wee-Cycle LLC sale
from whatever cause either foreseen or unforeseen against Wee-Cycle LLC, the lessors of the space where the sale is held,
