Helped build successful company from the ground up, participating in manufacturing, sales, marketing and advertising, legal affairs
and risk management. Served primarily as Chief Marketing Officer for publicly traded Twinlab Corporation, a leading manufacturer
and marketer of a complete line of brand-name nutritional supplements including vitamins, minerals, herbal formulas, herbal teas,
sports nutrition products and other high premium neutraceuticals sold through health and natural food stores, national and regional
drug store chains, supermarkets and mass merchandise retailers.

Oversaw acquisition of Nature’s Herbs and Alvita Teas after determining that acquisition was more cost effective and allowed
company quicker entry into the category than developing its own product line from scratch. Worked with management of both
brands to help plan short term and long term strategies for growth. Oversaw complete overhaul of their product packaging and
worked with Product Development on a new and aggressive timetable for new product rollouts. Nature’s Herbs became the second
leading herb line, and Alvita Teas became the second leading herbal tea line, in U.S. health food stores.
