A FURNISHING WORKS
1. Front Office Counter : 25 R.FT.
Providing and fixing in position one Front Office Counter 2’-6” wide
as per Drawing No.1, (1-A), 1-B, 1-C, 1-D) comprising of the
following complete in all respects :-
i) Working top made with 25mm thick Plywood finished with 1mm
thick laminate. Outside edge of the working top shall be provided
with 1 ¼ ” x 1” Teak Wood moulding finished with melamine
polish. Inside edge will be provided with ½ ” x 1” T.W. beading
patti with melamine finish.
ii) Vertical facia (Apron) made with 18mm thick plywood finished
with 1mm thick laminate with 1mm thick groove at the joint of
laminates of two different shades.
iii) Vertical drop (horizontal band) shall be provided on the facia
below the working top made with 18mm thick plywood finished
with 1mm thick laminate with provision for concealed light, 1 mm
thick groove shall be provided at the joint of two different shades of
laminate.
iv) Glazed partition above working top to be provided with 12mm
thick clear glass cut to the standard shape fixed to partition as per
fixing details and to boxing with concealed S. S. finished ‘D’
brackets as shown in the drawing. The exposed edges of the glass
shall be finished in mirror polish.
v) 3’-10” High Boxing (10” x 10”) made with 18mm thick plywood
finished with 1mm thick laminate including providing and fixing
6mm thick square frosted glass at a height 3’-2” above finished floor
level.
vi) 1’-9” high Boxing (5” x 5”) made with 12mm thick plywood
finished with 1mm thick laminate.
vii) Vertical supports made with 18mm thick plywood finished with
white enamel paint.
viii) Telescopic CPU Stand / readymade Keyboard tray shall be
provided of approved model and make.
ix) Footrest made with Wooden member of size 4” x 1 ½ ”
finished with French polish.
x) Drawer units as per drawing shall be provided with multipurpose
Godrej locks in each drawer. Facia of drawer unit shall be finished
with 1mm thick laminate and all other sides shall be finished with
white enamel paint. The drawers will be provided with handles
(Stainless Steel finish) and channels. xi) Boxing as per drawing
made with 12mm thick plywood finished with Synthetic enamel
paint shall be provided below the table top for electrical conducting
and at the bottom for the LAN cable / Telephone wire conducting.
The item to include all necessary hardware and fittings in Stainless
Steel finish, lipping to all edges and making provision only for
electrical fitting behind the front. Vertical drop and also in the 10” x
10” boxing as shown in the drawing. Necessary beadings with
melamine polish for fixing the glass are to be provided.
xi) Boxing as per drawing made with 12mm thick plywood finished
with Synthetic enamel paint shall be provided below the table top for
electrical conducting and at the bottom for the LAN cable /
Telephone wire conducting. The item to include all necessary
hardware and fittings in Stainless Steel finish, lipping to all edges
and making provision only for electrical fitting behind the front.
Vertical drop and also in the 10” x 10” boxing as shown in the
drawing. Necessary beadings with melamine polish for fixing the
glass are to be provided.

2. Cash Counters 11. R.FT.
Providing and fixing in position Cash Counter 2’-9” wide as per
Drawing No. (2-A, 2-B, 2-C, 2-D, 2-E, 2-F) comprising of the
following :
i) Working top made with 25mm thick plywood finished with 1mm
thick laminate. Outside edge of the working top shall be provided
with 1¼ ” x 1”. Teak Wood moulding finished with melamine
polish. Inside edge will be provided with ½ ” x 1”. T.W. beading

patti with melamine polish.
ii) Vertical facia (Apron) made with 18mm thick plywood finished
with 1mm thick laminate with 1mm thick groove at the joint of
laminates of two different shades.
iii) Vertical drop (horizontal band) shall be provided on the facia
below the working top made with 18mm thick plywood finished with
1mm thick laminate with provision for concealed light, 1mm thick
groove shall be provided at the joint of two different shades of
laminate.
iv) Glazed partition of 1’-4” height above working top provided
with 12mm thick toughened and frosted glass besides non-
transparent film from inside fixed to partition as per fixing details
and to boxing with concealed S. S. finished ‘D’ brackets as shown in
the drawing. The exposed edges of the glass shall be finished in
mirror polish.
v) Transaction top shall be provided with 12mm thick toughened
glass (partly glazed partly frosted) fixed horizontally with concealed
Stainless Steel ‘D’ bracket. Both exposed edges (inside and outside)
shall be moulded and finished in mirror polish.
vi) Glazed partition having height 1’-0” above the transaction top (in
facia) shall be provided with 12mm thick glass (clear) with cut out of
8” x 4” as per drawing. The edges of cut out and the top
edge of glass are to be mirror polished and to be fixed to partition as
per fixing details and to boxing with concealed S. S. finished ‘D’
brackets as shown
in glass (Clear) above the slit to be fixed to partition as per fixing
details and to boxing with concealed S. S. finished ‘D’ brackets as
shown in the drawing. The exposed edges shall be finished in mirror
polish.
viii) 7’–7” high Boxing (10” x 10”) made with 18mm thick plywood
as per drawing with 1’-6” horizontal extension at the top including
providing and fixing 6 mm thick square frosted glass at a height of
5’–11” above Finished Floor level.
ix) 1’–9” high boxing (5”x5”) made with 12mm thick plywood
finished with 1mm thick laminate are to be provided.
x) Telescopic CPU Stand / readymade Keyboard tray shall be
provided of approved model and make.
xi) Footrest made with wooden member of size 4” x 1 ½ ”
finished with French polish.
xii) Drawer units as per drawing shall be provided with
multipurpose Godrej locks in each drawer. Facia of drawer unit
shall be finished with 1mm thick laminate and all other sides shall be
finished with white enamel paint. The drawers will be provided with
handles (Stainless Steel finish) and channels as per approval of the
Project Consultant / Bank.
xiii) Boxing as per drawing made with 12mm thick plywood
finished with Synthetic enamel paint shall be provided below the

3. Partly Glazed Partition for Cash Cabins . Providing and fixing in 300 Sq.Ft.
position 7’ – 7” high partly glazed partition for Cash Cabins as per
Drawing Nos. (2-A, 2-B, 2-C, 2-D & 2-E) including door Drawing
No. (12) in frame work at 2’ x 2’ grid (horizontally and vertically)
comprising of 2” x 1 ½ ” wooden Section and / or as per frame
work shown in the drawings with 6mm plywood on both sides
finished with 1mm thick laminates of approved shade and colour as
shown in drawings. Item to include 8 mm thick glass with etching
and frosting as per design. Necessary cutouts are to be provided in
the glass and edges of the glass cutouts are to be finished in mirror
polish. All exposed wooden. surfaces to be finished in melamine
polish of matching laminate colour as directed.

5. Partly Glazed full height Partition 250Sq.ft.
Providing and fixing partly glazed full Height Partition work as
shown in the Drawing Nos. (3) & (4) including 2 nos. door shutters

as shown in the Drawing no. (13) & 1 in frame work at 2’ x 2’ grid
(horizontally and vertically) comprising of 2” x 1 ½ ” wooden
Section and / or as per frame work shown in the drawings with 6mm
plywood on both sides finished with 1mm thick laminates of
approved shade and colour as shown in drawings.
Item to include 8 mm thick glass with etching and frosting as per
design and 2” x 2” wooden. member for door sides and glass sides
and T.W. door frame to take 8 mm thick glass with etching and
frosting.
All exposed wooden surfaces to be finished in melamine polish of
matching laminate colour as directed including all necessary
Stainless Steel finish fittings / hardware, door closers, Godrej locks
and wood preservative paint etc. as per list of approved material and
as approved by the Project Consultant / Bank complete in all
respects.

6. Low Height Partition 150Sq.ft.
Providing and fixing in position 4’–0” high partly glazed low height
partition with 3 Nos. gate (2.5” thick) in frame work with wooden.
vertical members at 2’ c/c and 3 horizontal members at equal
distance comprising of 2” x 1 ½ ” wooden. Section with 6 mm
plywood on both sides finished with 1mm thick laminates of
approved make and shade as shown in Drawing No. (14) or (3). Item
to include 12mm thick frosted glass to be fixed as shown in
Drawing. The exposed edges of the glass to be finished in mirror
polish. wooden runner should be melamine polished in matching
colour of laminate etc. complete in all respects.

7. Solid full height Partition 200Sq.ft.
Providing and fixing Full Height solid Partition work as shown in the
Drawing Nos. (3) & (4) including 2 nos. door shutters as shown in
the Drawing no. (13) & 1 in frame work at 2’ x 2’ grid (horizontally
and vertically) comprising of 2” x 1 ½ ” wooden Section and / or as
per frame work shown in the drawings with 6mm plywood on both
sides finished with 1mm thick laminates of approved shade and
colour as shown in drawings.
All exposed wooden surfaces to be finished in melamine polish of
matching laminate colour as directed including all necessary
Stainless Steel finish fittings / hardware, door closers, Godrej locks
and wood preservative paint etc. as per list of approved material and
as approved by the Project Consultant / Bank complete in all
respects.

8. Manager’s Table 1.No.
Providing and fixing in position Manager’s Table of size 6’-
0” x 2’-6” as per Drawing No. (6) by using 25mm thick
plywood for top and 18mm thick plywood for all other
horizontal and vertical members. Telescopic CPU Stand /
readymade Keyboard tray shall be provided of approved
model and make. Footrest made with T.W. member of size 4”
x 1 ½ “ finished with French polish. All exposed plywood
surfaces to be finished with 1mm thick laminate of approved
make & shade, and all exposed edges of table top & ply
verticals to have 1” x ¼ “ T.W. lipping. cts.
Side Credenza as per drawing shall be provided. Facia of
Side Storage shall be finished with 1 mm thick laminates
as shown in the drawing and all other sides shall be finished
with white enamel paint. The Side Storage shall be provided
with handles (Stainless Steel finish) and channels as per
approval of the Project Consultant / Bank. All exposed
plywood surfaces to be finished with 1 mm thick laminate of
approved make & shade, and all exposed edges of table top &
ply verticals to have 1” x ¼“ T.W. lipping. All exposed T.W.
sections to be melamined and internal surfaces to have white
enamel paint as directed. Item to include plywood boxing, all
necessary hardware and fittings in Stainless Steel finish,
lipping to all edges etc. complete in all respects

9. Officer’s Table/Staff Table 6.Nos.
Providing and fixing in position of Officer’s Table of size 4’-6” x 2’-
3” as per Drawing No. (5) by using 25mm thick plywood for top and
18mm thick plywood for all other horizontal and vertical members.
Telescopic CPU Stand / readymade Keyboard tray shall be provided
of approved model and make. Footrest made with T.W. member of
size 4” x 1 ½ “ finished with
French polish All exposed plywood surfaces to be finished with 1

approved make & shade, and all exposed edges of table top &
ply verticals to have 1” x ¼“ T.W. lipping. All exposed T.W.
sections to be melamined and internal surfaces to have white
enamel paint as directed. Item to include plywood boxing, all
necessary hardware and fittings in Stainless Steel finish,
lipping to all edges etc. complete in all respects

10. MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR (GLAZING) 81sq. ft.
Providing main entrance door, 4’-6” wide, alongwith window,
including 6’’x2.5” teakwood frame sections. Fixed etched
glazing,8mm thick to be provided in windows. Door to have 7’’x2’’
top rail and 9’’x2’’ bottom rails in teakwood. Door is to be provided
with 12mm thick glass with etching as per design, complete with
16” high stainless steel door handle, teak wood beading, spirit
polishing, etc.the work includes heavy duty floor spring fixed at the
floor

OVER HEAD STORAGE:- 40 R. ft.
11. Providing storage of size 15” x 18” (WXH) of ¾” comm.. board with
1.0mm thick horizontal and vertical laminate having one shelf in
center. Cedar wood lipping is provided at edge. Open able shutter with
clip hinges ( etching colour ), ball catchers, multi purpose locks are to
be provided. All works to be done complete in all respects. The
storage unit is properly fixed to wall as per drawing / design at + 5’-9”
. concealed tube lights ( 3 Nos. ) to be provided along with electrical
wires and connections as per drawing ( Note : Electrical fittings given
separately in electrical part

12. LOW STORAGE UNIT 40 R. ft.
Providing storage unit of size 18”’x2’-6” (W x H) of ¾” thick
commercial board with 1.5mm thick horizontal laminate and 1.0mm
thick vertical laminate having one shelf in center. The storage unit
will have all necessary hardware, decorative jalli pattern laminate
band and teakwood/ partal wood beading / moulding. Recessed
skirting (3/4”) finished with 1.0mm thick laminate is present. Clip
hinges ( dadoo kabzaa ) to be used for fixing storage unit shutters.
All work to be done complete in all respects.

13. FULL HEIGHT STORAGE UNIT 10 R. ft.
Providing storage unit of size 18”’x7’0” (W x H) of ¾” thick
commercial board with 1.5mm thick horizontal laminate and 1.0mm
thick vertical laminate having one shelf in center. The storage unit
will have all necessary hardware, decorative jalli pattern laminate
band and teakwood/ partal wood beading / moulding. Recessed
skirting (3/4”) finished with 1.0mm thick laminate is present. Clip
hinges ( dadoo kabzaa ) to be used for fixing storage unit shutters.

All work to be done complete in all respects.
14. WALL PANELLING :- Wall paneling to be providing on all wall 250 sq. ft.
surfaces as marked on drawing, comprising of 1 ½” x 1” wooden
battens ( partal wood ) shall be covered with 6mm thick comm.. ply (
phenol bonded, B.W.P., borer proof, chemically treated ) of century,
green, goel make, 1mm thick laminate of approved make will be
fixed over 6 mm ply with groove pattern as shown in
drawings. Complete job including melamine polish on edge
beading. Cornices etc. and painting of grooves in approved colour.
All job to be done to architects’ satisfaction.
Wall paneling Ht : 4’-3”
Columns cladding ht. : 9’-3”

15. PIN UP BOARD :- 250Sq. ft.
Made of 12mm thick soft board covered by 25mm x 25mm teak
wood beading painted polished to approved colour and soft board
covered with blazer/ fabric cloth of approved colour. Texture and
sample approved by architect. Notice Board to be fixed to wall space
between storage unit ( ground placed ) and storage unit ( wall hung )
in manager’s Cabin & on top of writing table & in Banking Hall.

16. FALSE CEILING:-
(a) Providing and fixing Gypsum board false ceiling in levels as per the 1200 Sq. ft
detailed drawing - made up of G.I. frames as specified by Gypsum
India limited and 12mm thick Gypsum board with suitable
suspenders fixed to the ceiling. Ceiling section, perimeter channel,
suspenders etc. shall be standard sections supplied by Gypsum India
LTD. Spacing of intermediate channels shall be at 1200c/c, and
ceiling section at 457mm c/c.the work includes finishing of joints,
applying primer, two or more coats of plastic emulsion paints,
making cut-out for light fixtures, etc. providing of perimeter
channels / beading etc. as per drawing.

(b) Providing and fixing Armstrong/Equivalent false ceiling in levels as 800 Sq. ft
per the detailed drawing - made up of Aluminum powder coated T-
Section of company make at a distance of 2’-0” x 2’-0”. Ceiling
tiles shall be placed on it and fixed as per company standard sections.
the work includes finishing of joints, applying primer, two or more
coats of plastic emulsion paints, making arrangement for light
fixtures, etc.as per drawing.

17. HARDARE

Providing and fixing of Godrej /Harrison night latches in cash cabin 2 Nos.
(a) doors as per the directions of the Bank.
Providing and fixing of Mortice locks of approved make in Main 10 Nos.
(b) door,Manager’s cabin, UPS, Record Room, etc. as per the directions
of the Bank.
(c) Providing and fixing hydraulic door closures of approved make & 9 Nos.
color.

18. VERTICAL BLINDS :- 300 Sq. ft.
Providing and fixing perforated vertical blinds ( metallic of Luxflex (
Trac / Luxury / Mac make of approved colours ( 50mm / 89 mm
width) complete in all respects for Manager’s Cabin glazing and
front side windows.

19. WRITING TABLE:- Providing and fixing semi circular writing 1.Nos
table of size 3’-6” x 1’-9” at height 3’-9” made of ¾” thick
commercial board finished with 1.5mm thick horizontal laminate. In
the front two bands of laminate ( 3”, 2” wide ) are fixed on to 4mm
thick ply. Two vertical boxes of size 5”x 9” are erected upto height:
5-6” of 3.4” thick comm.. board finished with 1.0mm thk. Laminate.
On the table top at 4” gap from wall paneling, space is created for
placing various forms by vertically placing ¾” thick board ( size
9”x4”) flanked by glass ( 8mm thick on either side ( size 7.5” x 4” )
the table top is supported by 1.5” x 1.5” x 2 soot ISA grouted in wall.
The top of vertical boxes is finished with horizontal box (6”x 3’-6”)
made of ¾” thick commercial board scheme to be followed as per
drawing

20. SIDE TABLE :- Providing and placing side table of size 2’-0” x 2’- 4 Nos
0” x 1’-6” of teakwood melamine polished with decorative beading
along top to architects / bank managements satisfactory .

21. CENTER TABLE:- Providing and placing side table of size 3’-0” x 1.Nos
2’-0” x 1’-6” of teakwood melamine polished with decorative
beading along top to architects / bank managements satisfactory .

22. CHEQUE DROPPING BOX:- Made of ¾” thick commercial board 1.Nos
round in shape, 4mm marine plywood at the top cover. Edges
covered with 18m x 18mm teak wood beading for the shape shown
in the drawing, door made of 12mm marine plywood to the size of
150mmx 230mm fixed with 2 Nos. of good quality 50mm brass
hinges, inner surface painted with one coat of primer and two coats
of enamel paint and outside finished with I mm thick laminate.or
equivalent as per design ( Drawing enclosed). Note:- The cheque
dropping box is to be fixed to the wall using screws.

23. ENAMEL PAINT :Applying two or more coats of synthetic enamel 1000 Sq. ft.
paint over a coat of wood / metal primer on doors, windows, shutters,
steel grills, ventilators, etc. as per directions of the bank/Architect.

24. PLASTIC EMULSION PAINT: Applying two or more coats of 7000 sq. ft.
plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer on walls and ceiling. The
work includes sand papering, applying of wall putty of Birla make,
P.O.P etc. to give even and smooth finish as per directions of the
bank.

25. FLOORING
a) Providing & laying of 2’ x 2’ Vitrified Tile flooring of approved 1600 sq. ft.
make & shade viz. RAK (IMP-OFGY) or EURO (ATHENA) over
necessary leveling screed of 1:4 cement mortar (20mm thick) with
proper slope wherever required including pointing of the joints with
white cement and matching pigments, curing etc. complete in all
respects (excluding Toilets and Non – Customer area).

b) Providing and fixing anti skid ceramic tiles of size 12”x 12” ,9-10 800 Sq ft.
mm thick of Approved colour to be fixed with Bal Gold Star
adhesives(approved colour) manufactured by Bal Endura Adhesives
India Pvt.Ltd. The proportion of Bal Gold Star adhesive shall be 1
bag of 20 Kg mixed with 1 litre of AD-I liquid. All joints of the tiles
shall be finished with the matching colour of floor tiles.
The rate shall also include the cost of design patterns given in the
floor plan as per directions by the bank/ Architect.

26. SANITARY INSTALLATION
a) Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet 2.Nos
no 2010. cs-2110 (European type W.C. pan) of cera make with seat
and lid, with C.P. brass hingesand rubber buffers, 6 litre low level
flushing cistern with fittings & C.I./M.S. brackets concealed type
flush bend with fittings and clamps, overflow arrangement with
specials of standard make and mosquito proof coupling of approved
municipal design complete including painting of fittings and
brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever

for fixing the tiles. Grout of suitable / approved pigment of BAL
ENDURA shall be used in the joint between successful tiles as
directed by the bank / Architect.

h) Providing and fixing of modiguard looking mirror 5 mm thk with 6
mm thick BWP ply and teak wood beading of size 1"x2" including
polishing on beadings complete as per the instruction of the
Architect / Bank

i) Urinal pots (large flat back) 5001,5011,5101 of cera of approved
make Complete job including bottle trap, waste coupling, CP dome

27. CIVIL WORK
a) Providing and erecting 4 ½” thick brick wall with bricks of class 75 100 sq.ft.
designation in superstructure in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6
coarse sand) including cement plaster 10 mm thick in 1:4 cement
mortar..the work shall be completed in all respect .

b) Dismantling of existing manager’s chamber wall in banking hall and 1.Job
making a provision of door from pantry side to ladies toilet and

Adhesives India Pvt.Ltd. The proportion of Bal Gold Star adhesive
shall be 1 bag of 20 Kg mixed with 1 litre of AD-I liquid. All joints
of shall be filled with white cement mixed with pigment to match
the colour of granite. The edges of granite shall be rounded and
