         Prawn and scallop wrapped in prosciutto and cook on the flat
         grill; limoncello and shallot reduction sauce with micro arugula

           Homemade infused limoncello pasta strands with crayfish,
            garlic, fresh tomato, arugula and trebbiano wine sauce
