  By the end of this workshop participants will have:
      identified the range of physical and other barriers that older people may face when
         they need to access or receive services
      assessed the impact of ageism on older people
      identified the legal and policy incentives to addressing barriers and ageism
      identified and increased skills in communicating with older people.


  Please bring with you an anonymous case study of an older person who you have
  recently worked with identifying:
      Barriers that the person may have faced to access your service or to receive it
      Efforts that you made to help these barriers be overcome.
