   A budding Hospitality Management professional with knowledge and understanding of subjects like

   Currently holding my Masters in International Hospitality Management from the Swiss
    School of Tourism and Hospitality in Switzerland.

    Marketing . Appointed as official bartender of the College.
   Was an active member of Wine and Spirits Club of college.

    hotel), With hands on experience in the following areas, Aqua, Room Service, Leather Bar, 601 and
    Banquets.
   As a management trainee, I have managed the speciality restaurant like Aqua and also room service
    efficiently.
   Was a member of the Pre Opening Team of LATITUDE 13 BY THE PARK which is also a cafe run
    by THE PARK for the company GOODEARTH.
   Managed to bring in service standards and also certain specific methodologies to ensure smooth
    operations.

Work Experience

Practical Training for Masters:-

From January-June 2010 Internship in a Swiss restaurant, Zurich Switzerland.
Here I was completely in charge of the restaurant, representing the owner and was responsible for
Service, Beverage Inventory and Upkeep of the Restaurant. I have implemented many of my ideas and
skills during my internship period.

Management Training Program (June 2008-June 2009) with THE PARK hotel, 5 star Boutique hotel in
India.

Industrial Exposure Training

       Organization    :       ITC Park Sheraton and Towers, Chennai, India.
       Duration        :       6 months
       Role            :       Trainee

       The scope of Training included:
        F&B Service (6 weeks). Appreciated by the Room Service Manager in recognition of
           excellent performance.
           (Given the opportunity to serve Alcoholic Beverages at the Westminster Bar)
        Front Office Operations (4 weeks). Appreciated for good communication skills. Was
           deputed to handle overseas clients in the Front Office.

   Awarded Second Prize in the Bartending Contest, WGSHA QUEST in 2007.

   Successfully conducted a 2 Week Cocktail Weekend in 2006 that turned out to be very profitable.
   Bartended for 2 consecutive years in our annual college event - HOPE for 2005 & 2006.
